La macchina è autoalimentata ed è autonoma sia nella movimentazione che nel posizionamento. Può eseguire tagli verticali fi no alla massima profondità di 3,25 metri su marmi, calcari e materiali lapidei di simile durezza. La macchina è ideale per la riquadratura di blocchi e per la realizzazione di serie di tagli frontali su bancate. Sono disponibili bracci e catene per taglio utile fi no a 3,25 metri. 12 TAGLIATRICE A CATENA CHAIN SAW MACHINE TCM 988 Macchina a catena innovativa, realizzata per facilitare tutte le operazione di estrazione del marmo in galleria. La tagliatrice TCM 988 permette di effettuare il taglio sia in direzione orizzontale sia verticale con un unico posizionamento, in quanto l unità di taglio braccio-catena può ruotare 360 per mezzo di una ralla idraulica. La macchina è in grado di eseguire tagli in automatico. L interfaccia Touch-Screen permette di visualizzare la posizione della lama all interno del taglio e tutti i parametri. La struttura è dotata di speciali tasche per il sollevamento della macchina per mezzo di forche montate su pala meccanica. L unità di potenza è alloggiata all interno della trave fi ssa della struttura portante e comprende: - centralina idraulica; - scambiatore di calore aria/olio; - pompa rotazione catena con motore da 45 kw; - quadro elettrico di potenza. TCM 988 allows to cut along the horizontal and the vertical direction in only one positioning of the frame, by means of arm and chain cutting unit mounted on a 360 rotating hydraulic center plate. The machine can make automatic cuts. The position of the arm inside the cut and all others cutting parameters can be visualized on the Touch-Screen display. The structure is equipped with special inlets designed for easy fork lifting and handling by means of a heavy duty machine. 13 ACCESSORIES FOR CHAIN SAW ACCESSORI PER TAGLIATRICI A CATENA ASPIRATORE Ideale per l aspirazione di grandi quantità di materiale polveroso o granulare come quello di risulta del taglio con tagliatrice a catena. Il materiale viene direttamente aspirato nella zona di taglio, per mezzo di una tubazione fl essibile e cuffi a di aspirazione. L aspiratore è montato su un pianale posizionato sopra il binario e trainato dalla macchina. Il materiale aspirato viene depositato a terra, nel lato opposto al taglio. VACUUM Vacuum designed to remove large quantities of dust and of the waste granular material produced by the chain saw cutting. The waste material is removed from the accumulation zone adjacent to the cut by means of a fl exible hose and of a suction cup. The vacuum is installed on a trailer moving on the rails along with the chain saw. The waste material is deposited on the ground, in the opposite side of the cut. Gli utensili in carburo di tungsteno sono di forma prismatica, utilizzabili su 8 spigoli taglienti. 2 - CHAIN NEGATIVE TYPE - CUT THICKNESS 38/40 mm This chain of robust structure can be utilized in all environments and in dry cutting conditions. The tungsten carbide tools of prismatic section can be utilized on all their 8 cutting edges. 3 - CATENA DI TIPO PCD LARGHEZZA DEL TAGLIO 38/40/42 mm Catena con utensili in diamante poli-cristallino (PCD). Gli utensili sono saldati sui porta-inserti, formando una dentatura adatta al taglio di materiali duri e/o abrasivi. 3 - CHAIN PCD TYPE - CUT THICKNESS 38/40/42 mm This chain is assembled with polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tools. 14 TAGLIATRICE A CINGHIA DIAMANTATA DIAMOND BELT SAW SUPER JET BELT 950 La tagliatrice a cinghia diamantata modello Super Jet Bet 950 esegue tagli orizzontali e verticali. L utensile da taglio è una cinghia in plastica speciale, con segmenti diamantati sinterizzati. Il sistema può essere considerato veramente ecologico, in quanto non vengono utilizzati né grasso né olio durante il funzionamento. La cinghia diamantata è infatti lubrifi cata esclusivamente da un getto d acqua. Il funzionamento è completamente elettrico, con controllo elettronico dell avanzamento in fase di taglio. La macchina può tagliare fi no a 3,4 metri di profondità. Diamond belt sawing machine model Super Jet Bel 950 can make vertical and horizontal cuts. The cutting tool consists of a special plastic belt with sintered diamond segments. Only water is used during the cutting phase, both for lubrication and cooling. The system can really be considered environmental friendly, because no grease or oil are used during the working phase, so that to prevent dust production and grease pollution. The Super Jet Belt 950 is electric driven, with electronic control of speed and advance; it can cut up to 3,4 meters depth. 15 TAGLIATRICE ELETTRONICA A FILO DIAMANTATO ELECTRONIC DIAMOND WIRE SAW VIP 910 FOR COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS - 30 C La tagliatrice a fi lo diamantato modello VIP 910 è particolarmente indicata ad eseguire grandi tagli e sezionature di bancate su tutti i tipi di materiali lapidei. È dotata di inverter che permette di variare la velocità del fi lo diamantato da 0 a 40 m/sec, consigliata per tagliare materiali duri e abrasivi. Con questa macchina si possono eseguire due tagli paralleli distanti tra loro al 1,7 m o 2 m, con un solo posizionamento. La rotazione e la traslazione della testa operatrice sono realizzate per mezzo di motore elettrico e vite senza fi ne. The diamond wire saw model VIP 910 is a specially designed to make large cuts of benches on all types of stone. The machine is equipped with inverter wich allows to vary the diamond wire speed from 0 to 40 m/sec. in order to optimize its consumption and get the best performances, even on very hard materials. This machine allows to make two adjacent cuts at 160 cm distance from each other in a single positioning on rails. The rotation and the lateral adjustment of the drive unit are via hydraulic unit. 16 TAGLIATRICE ELETTRONICA A FILO DIAMANTATO ELECTRONIC DIAMOND WIRE SAW VIP 914 La tagliatrice a fi lo diamantato modello VIP 914 è una macchina compatta che può eseguire tagli a fi lo parete verticali, orizzontali o inclinati su pietra, marmo o granito. Con questa macchina si possono dare due tagli paralleli distanti tra loro al massimo 1,6 m, con un solo posizionamento. La rotazione e la traslazione della testa operatrice sono realizzate per mezzo di sistema idraulico.
