Il SISTEMA RACCOLTA comunicazioni BREVI vi accompagnerà nella compilazione dei seguenti campi: 1. LAVORO/TIPO DI ABSTRACT 2. TITOLO 3. AREA DI INTERESSE 4. INDIRIZZO PER LA CORRISPONDENZA 5. AUTORI 6. TESTO E BIBLIOGRAFIA Totale massimo 5400 caratteri spazi inclusi (inderogabile). Grafici, tabelle illustrazioni non saranno pubblicati. La Bibliografia è obbligatoria. I lavori senza riferimenti bibliografici saranno respinti. I lavori devono riferirsi al tema del congresso. SUDDIVISIONE IN CAPITOLI Nel caso di ricerche originali il formato del lavoro deve essere suddiviso nei seguenti capitoli: scopo del lavoro, materiali, metodi impiegati, risultati ottenuti e conclusioni. Per i casi clinici si prevede la suddivisione in: Introduzione, Descrizione del caso e Discussione. I lavori che non rispettano tale formato saranno automaticamente rifiutati. La dichiarazione i risultati verranno discussi non è accettabile. NORME ETICHE I lavori devono basarsi su principi etici, essere approvati dal comitato etico dell istituzione di riferimento e risultare accettabili da parte del Comitato Scientifico Congressuale. I lavori dovranno seguire le linee guida per la Good Clinical Practice, disponibili su: ( line/2009/10/wc pdf).pertanto devono essere evitate per quanto possibile le procedure sperimentali e le inutili sofferenze su animali vivi. I lavori che non rispettano tali principi etici sono respinti automaticamente. Se sono stati utilizzati animali di proprietà, è necessario documentare l ottenimento del consenso informato da parte del proprietario. (Registrazione al Congresso settore Pre-iscritti. Non è richiesto l invio della scheda di iscrizione compilata). VALUTAZIONI E SCADENZE I lavori devono pervenire entro il 10 GENNAIO I lavori inviati saranno accettati o rifiutati senza possibilità di revisioni. I lavori inviati dopo il 10 Gennaio 2015 non saranno accettati. I lavori saranno valuatti se possibile da diplomti del College Europeo corrispondente all argomento del Congresso. Gli estratti saranno valutati e gli autori informati entro il 6 FEBBRAIO 2015 per posta elettronica. LINGUA E TEMPI DI PRESENTAZIONE Le comunicazioni brevi devono essere presentate in Italiano o in Inglese. QUINDICI (15) minuti verranno assegnati alla presentazione di ogni comunicazione, compresa la discussione. Nel caso di esubero di lavori proposti e accettati l organizzazione si riserva il diritto di convertire, previa accettazione dell autore, la comunicazione orale in presentazione di un poster. POSTER I Poster saranno considerati nel caso di esubero di lavori proposti e accettati. Le dimensioni del poster devono essere di metri 1.30 di altezza e di metri 0.80 di larghezza. Indicare in alto il titolo, l autore o gli autori e relativa appartenenza, stampati con caratteri alti almeno 5 cm. Il testo del Poster deve rispettare il testo inviato come comunicazione breve ed essere leggibile da una distanza di almeno 1 metro. I poster vanno incollati agli appositi supporti tramite velcro biadesivo (fornito dall organizzazione). Ove consentito i risultati vanno presentati con grafici e immagini. I poster verranno allestiti, in uno spazio appositamente predisposto, sin dalla prima mattina di congresso e dovranno rimanere esposti per tutta la durata del congresso. La discussione davanti ai poster si terrà in due sessioni: Venerdì 27 Marzo 2015 nella pausa del pomeriggio e Sabato 28 Marzo 2015 nella pausa del pomeriggio. The Scientific Committee of the SCIVAC INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON VETERINARY NEUROLOGY IN 2015 invited authors to submit papers for presentations of Short Communications. For the drafting and submission of work please go direct to the site at The system will guide you step by step in filling out all fields. To access the «SHORT COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM COLLECTION» of EGO it is necessary to have a username and a password. If not, please enter in the Home Page of EGO for recording. Username and password will be sent in the next two days. The «SHORT COMMUNICATIONS COLLECTION SYSTEM» will guide you in the following fields: 1. WORK / TYPE OF ABSTRACT 2. TITLE 3. AREA OF INTEREST 4. ADDRESS FOR CORRESPONDENCE 5. AUTHORS 6. TEXT AND BIBLIOGRAPHY Total maximum 5400 characters including spaces (mandatory). Charts, tables and illustrations will not be published. The bibliography is required. The work without references will be rejected. SUBDIVISION IN CHAPTERS In the case of the format of the original research work must be divided in the following chapters: scope of work, materials and methods, results and conclusions. Clinical cases are expected to be divided into: Introduction, Description appropriate and Discussion. Papers that do not follow this format will be automatically refused. The statement «the results will be discussed» is not acceptable. ETHICAL STANDARDS The works must be based on ethical principles, to be approved by the ethics committee of the institution of reference and be acceptable to the Congress Scientific Committee. The works should follow the guidelines for Good Clinical Practice, available at: ( line/2009/10/wc pdf). The experimental procedures and the unnecessary sufferings of live animals should be avoided as far as possible. Papers that do not comply with these ethical principles are rejected automatically. If animals were used from private individuals, you must document the obtaining of informed consent from the owners. CONGRESS REGISTRATION The AUTHOR/COMMENTATOR WHOSE WORK WILL BE ACCEPTED for presentation of brief exposure or a poster RECEIVE FREE REGISTRATION FOR ALL THE DAYS OF THE CONGRESS. (Pre-registered area at the Reception. It is not required to send the registration form). EVALUATIONS AND DEADLINES Works must be sent before deadline JANUARY 10 th Works cannot be modified and can only be accepted or refused. Works sent after January 10 th 2015 will not be accepted in any way. Works will be evaluated, if possible, by diplomats of Veterinary European College corresponding the topics presented. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THAT THE DEADLINE REFERS TO THE LOCAL TIME Abstracts will be evaluated and the authors notified by within FEBRUA- RY 6 th LANGUAGE AND TIME OF PRESENTATION Short communications must be submitted in English or Italian. FIFTEEN (15) minutes will be assigned to the presentation of any communication, including the discussion. In case of excess of papers proposed and accepted the organization reserves the right to convert, upon acceptance of the author, oral communication into poster presentation. POSTER Posters will be considered in case of exceeding number of accepted free communications. There will be two sessions for poster presentation on Saturday, afternoon break and on Sunday, morning break. The size of the poster should be 1.30 meters high and meters 0.80 wide. Indicate the title, author or authors and their affiliation in printed characters with at least 5 cm high. The text of the poster must respect the text of the short communication and be readable from a distance of at least 1 meter. The posters are attached to the supports provided by double-sided Velcro (supplied by the organization). Where possible the results should be presented with graphs and images. The Poster Discussion is scheduled on Friday March 27 th 2015 and Saturday, March 28 th 2015 during the pm coffee break.
