4 Technical skills and competences Computer skills and competences Artistic skills and competences Other skills and competences Ho lavorato per oltre quattro anni come Grantholder presso il Laboratorio ELSA (European Laboratory for Structural Assessment) del JRC (Joint Research Centre) della Commissione Europea, sito in Ispra (VA): presso il Laboratorio ELSA si eseguono tests pseudo dinamici in scala reale su strutture per valutarne il comportamento sismico, producendo risultati volti a determinare lo sviluppo e l aggiornamento degli Eurocodici, in particolare dell EC8, e delle Guidelines normative a livello europeo sull ingegneria sismica. In questo ambito, in particolare ho lavorato sul progetto SPEAR (Structural Performance Assessment and Rehabilitation), come Assistente del Coordinatore Scientifico e Amministrativo, curando il progetto, l esecuzione e l interpretazione dei risultati di tests pseudo dinamici bi-direzionali su una struttura esistente in c.a. irregolare in pianta. In ambito Accademico, presso il Politecnico di Milano, ho collaborato dapprima con il Prof. Toniolo come assegnista di ricerca, sul tema del comportamento sismico delle strutture prefabbricate industriali (in particolare l efficienza delle connessioni e la stima del fattore di comportamento), sul progetto SAFECONSTRUCTION, nell ambito del Programma Growth dell European FP7 e poi divenendo Assistente al Laboratorio di Costruzione dell Architettura II, sul tema della progettazione degli edifici alti, presso il Politecnico di Milano, Facoltà di Architettura Leonardo, nell A.A , divenendo poi titolare del laboratorio, per la parte di tecnica delle costruzione, nell A.A , A.A Nell A.A divengo titolare del Laboratorio Building Technology Studio, insegnamento erogato in lingua inglese, per la stessa Facoltà. Anche per l A.A sono stata riconfermata titolare dello stesso Laboratorio, per la parte strutture. Eccellente conoscenza di Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point); Buona conoscenza di diversi programmi commerciali per l analisi strutturale (i.e. SAP2000NL, Seismostruct, Pro-SAP); Ho praticato danza moderna e contemporanea per molti anni, insegnando anche a giovani danzatrici. Pratico ashtanga yoga da circa 7 anni. Pratico regolarmente Zumba da 2 anni e nell Ottobre 2015 ho conseguito il certificato di Zumba Instructor. Ottima padronanza delle lingue straniere (oltre ad inglese e francese ho delle conoscenze di base di spagnolo), acquisita attraverso numerosi viaggi ed anche brevi periodi di ricerca e visite accademiche in prestigiose università estere (il Mid America Earthquake Centre presso University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL, il Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile della Stanford University, CA, l MIT a Boston, la University of Miami e UCSD a San Diego). In data ho conseguito a seguito di corso di formazione l attestato per l addestramento all uso dei DPI di III categoria contro le cadute dall alto.
