3 Con la nostra collezione 2019 di e-bike vogliamo confermarci all avanguardia nel settore delle bici a pedalata assistita. Tutti i nostri modelli sono resi unici dal design italiano e dalla cura dei dettagli che li contraddistinguono. Le nostre e-bike sono testate e conformi alla norma EN15194:2018 per garantirne la sicurezza e il rispetto delle normative vigenti; inoltre la produzione al 100% interna all azienda rende ogni nostra bici un prodotto di alta qualità assemblato con cura e professionalità. I nuovi modelli arricchiscono e completano la nostra collezione che certamente sarà apprezzata da tutti i nostri clienti. 10 K I T O L I S P O R T M O T O R Il motore OLI SPORT è il motore 100% italiano. Con una potenza nominale di 250W, un picco di 720W e una coppia massima di 85 Nm è semplicemente perfetto per i riders che dal proprio motore pretendono il massimo. Grazie alle dimensioni ridotte si integra perfettamente nel telaio, e con il peso di soli 3,3 kg non impatta sulla performance del rider. Per la partenza in salita c è la funzione ZERO EFFORT : non serve nessuna rotazione, basta una pressione più forte e la bici assisterà la ripartenza. Sulla via del ritorno dopo un uscita di forte intensità, con il livello LAZY si potrà accedere alla piena potenza del motore col minimo supporto da parte del ciclista. Con la funzione INTEGRATED POWER METER si potrà accedere facilmente ai dati relativi alla potenza sia del ciclista che del sistema elettrico. Inoltre, grazie al BSD (battery self diagnostic), il numero dei cicli di ricarica e le informazioni sullo stato di salute delle celle della batteria sono facilmente consultabili. OlI SPORT motor is 100% made in Italy. A rated power of 250 W, (max 720 W) and a maximum torque of 85Nm: SPORT motor is perfect for riders looking for the best performance possible. SPORT motor is small and perfectly integrated to the frame, and the light weight of 3,3 kg does not interfere with the rider s performance. For starting up hill, SPORT offers the ZERO EFFORT mode: the start will be possible with no rotation of the pedal but just a slightly more powerful pressure on it. On the way back after a high-intensity session, the LAZY mode will allow to have the maximum of the motor power with the minimum effort of the rider. The INTEGRATED POWER METER function have access to the power data both of the electric system and of the rider. The BSD (battery self-diagnostic) will show the charge cycles and the health status of the cells. 16 KIT OLI MOVE PLUS MOTOR Il motore OLI MOVE PLUS è affidabile, silenzioso e potente. Abbiamo due diverse versioni: la più performante EXTRA URBAN con un picco di 650W e coppia a 80 Nm, e la più smart CITY, con un picco di 550W e coppia a 75 Nm. Grazie alla funzione LAZY si può ottenere il massimo della potenza con il minimo sforzo di pedalata. Inoltre con la funzione ZERO EFFORT si potrà ripartire agilmente in salita applicando solo una leggera pressione sul pedale, senza neanche farlo girare. Con la funzione INTEGRATED POWER METER si potrà accedere facilmente ai dati relativi alla potenza sia del ciclista che del sistema elettrico; inoltre grazie al BSD (battery self diagnostic) si potrà conoscere non solo il numero dei cicli di ricarica, ma anche lo stato di salute delle celle. OLI MOVE PLUS is reliable, silent and powerful. 58 WARRANTY MBM garantisce il telaio per il periodo di due anni (12 mesi per la verniciatura e cromatura) mentre per tutte le componenti vale la garanzia della casa produttrice. Nel caso di E-bike destinate a noleggi sia presso strutture private che pubbliche, sono previste delle riduzioni nella durata della garanzia. La garanzia ha inizio dalla data di acquisto, purché tale acquisto sia avvenuto presso un rivenditore autorizzato. In caso di difetti di fabbricazione o imputabili ai materiali impiegati e purché il telaio sia sottoposto alle normali condizioni d uso, MBM si impegna a riparare o sostituire le parti in garanzia risultate difettose, mentre saranno a carico del cliente le spese di trasporto. OLIeds (motori elettrici) riconosce un periodo di 24 mesi di garanzia sui prodotti di propria costruzione. Il periodo decorre dalla data del documento di trasporto. La garanzia non è applicabile a seguito di rotture e/o difetti causati da errata installazione o utilizzo, oppure da manutenzioni non corrette o modifiche apportate senza autorizzazione del costruttore. A miglior precisazione la garanzia e la conformità alla normativa decadono nei casi in cui l unità motrice o display: - Sia stato manomesso o modificato. - Sia stato utilizzato non correttamente. - Sia stato utilizzato non rispettando i limiti indicati nel presente manuale e/o sia stato sottoposto ad eccessive sollecitazioni meccaniche. - Non sia stato sottoposto alle necessarie manutenzioni o queste siano state eseguite solo in parte e/o non correttamente o da personale non correttamente istruito. - Abbia subito danni per incuria durante il trasporto successivo all acquisto e/o all utilizzo. - Siano state inserite parti di ricambio non originali. Al ricevimento del prodotto, il destinatario deve verificare che lo stesso non presenti difetti o danni derivanti dal trasporto e/o incompletezza della fornitura. Eventuali difetti, danni o incompletezza vanno immediatamente segnalati al costruttore mediante comunicazione scritta e controfirmata dal vettore. Phylion Battery Co., LTD garantisce le proprie batterie per 24 mesi, a patto che non vengano aperte, smontate o riparate se non da tecnici autorizzati. LA GARANZIA NON COPRE: 1. Prodotti senza un documento fiscale d acquisto (scontrino o fattura) 2. Prodotti non acquistati da un rivenditore autorizzato MBM 3. Prodotti e-bike i cui codici identificativi siano stati rimossi 4. Danni per le parti elettriche causati da lavaggi ad alta pressione o non accurati 5. La normale usura (inclusa la fatica) 6. Danni causati da abuso o uso/modifiche improprie (per esempio coppie di serraggio scorrette), da errata o insufficiente manutenzione, da incidenti, da colpi, dalla corrosione, dall uso di pulitori aggressivi e/o prodotti non compatibili, da riparazioni non effettuate correttamente, e più in generale tutto ci che non costituisca un difetto di materiali o di fabbricazione 7. I prodotti giunti alla naturale fine del ciclo vitale utile 8. Gli effetti dell esposizione prolungata ai raggi UV (scoloritura, ingiallimento) 9. Gli effetti dell ambiente salino 10. Prodotti riverniciati (anche parzialmente) 11. Prodotti che abbiano subito qualsiasi modifica 12. La manodopera necessaria alla sostituzione NORME DI UTILIZZO DELLE BATTERIE: Dopo le prime cariche, la batteria raggiunge la sua piena capacità. La capacità nel tempo diminuisce senza che ci sia percezione nella performance. La batteria è considerata esaurita quando raggiunge il 60% della sua capacità originale e non oltre. Non esporre a temperature troppo elevate, evitare aree umide che possono causare corrosioni e contatti. Utilizzare SEMPRE il caricatore abbinato alla batteria. Non lasciare MAI la batteria al di sotto del 20% di carica. Raccomandiamo di caricare completamente la batteria dopo ogni utilizzo. Caricare inoltre la batteria completamente prima di lunghi periodi di inutilizzo, specie prima dell inverno, e ogni 6/8 settimane per evitare danni. Dopo ogni utilizzo spegnere l interruttore della batteria per evitare che si scarichi. Raccomandiamo di custodire la batteria in luoghi secchi con temperatura tra 5 e 25. PERFORMANCE DELLE BATTERIE La durata della batteria varia in relazione a molteplici fattori come la tipologia e pendenza del percorso, il livello di assistenza richiesto, lo stato della batteria. Tutti i valori indicati nel catalogo sono da ritenersi indicativi e rappresentano la miglior performance raggiungibile in condizioni ideali (percorso pianeggiante con una velocita media di 15 km/h, assenza di vento contrario, temperatura esterna di 20, pressione ideale degli pneumatici, utilizzo ideale dei rapporti del cambio, peso dell utilizzatore non superiore a 70 Kg). Le performance delle batterie saranno soggette a riduzioni in caso di percorsi non pianeggianti, forte vento contrario, temperature di utilizzo inferiori ai 20, velocità medie fra i 20km/h ed i 25 km/h, inappropriata pressione degli pneumatici, peso dell utilizzatore maggiore di 85kg. NOTE L unità motrice è destinata esclusivamente all utilizzo su e-bike come propulsore motrice. Impieghi diversi da quelli previsti e non conformi a quanto descritto in questo manuale, oltre ad essere considerati impropri e vietati, scaricano il costruttore da qualsiasi responsabilità diretta e/o indiretta. Prima di procedere all uso della bicicletta, l utente dovrà aver cura di verificare se il modello ordinato corrisponde a quello in suo possesso e che non abbia subito danni durante il trasporto, o presenti anomalie. Ferme restando le caratteristiche essenziali, ci riserviamo il diritto di eventuali variazioni tecniche o di accessori per qualunque modello illustrato in catalogo. I colori delle biciclette inseriti su questo catalogo possono avere variazioni essendo stampati su materiale diverso. Il peso indicato può avere una tolleranza del 5-6%. MBM guarantees the frame for 2 years (12 months for the painting or chrome); for all the components, it is valid the producer s warranty. The warranty period starts from the purchasing moment as long as the purchase was made from an authorized vendor. In case of manufactory defects or problems imputable to the materials used, as long as the frame is used normally, MBM will repair or substitute the parts under warranty that result defective, while freight and transportation costs will be held by the customer. If the e-bike is a rental model either for private or public facilities, some warranty length reductions will be applied. OLIeds grants a 24-months warranty on the products. The period starts from the date specified on the transport document. The warranty cannot be applied to failures and/or defects caused by incorrect installation or use, or by improper maintenance or any changes made without the manufacturer s authorization. The warranty and compliance with regulations shall become null and void if the drive unit or display unit: - Is tampered with or modified. - Is used incorrectly. - Is used not following the limits specified in this manual and/or is subjected to excessive mechanical stress. - The maintenance has been carried out only in part and/or incorrectly or by improperly trained personnel. - Has been damaged due to carelessness during transport, installation and use. - Non-original spare parts have been installed. Once received, the recipient must ensure the product does not have any faults or damage due to transport and/or incompleteness of the supply. Any defects, damage or incompleteness shall be immediately reported to the manufacturer with written notice with the countersignature of the carrier. Phylion Battery Co., LTD grants a 24 months warranty on the products, as long as they are not opened, disassembled or repaired by unauthorized parties. WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE: 1. Products without a sales receipt or invoice; 2. Products not purchased from an authorized Montana vendor; 3. E-bike products with removed distinctive codes; 4. Damages on electrical parts caused by high pressure or non-accurate cleansing; 5. Normal wear (including fatigue); 6. Damages caused by inappropriate usage, wrong assembling (e.g. wrong tightening torque), wrong or insufficient maintenance, accidents, bumps, corrosion, aggressive chemical cleansing products, usage together with non-compatible pro- ducts, wrong reparations, and more in general all that does not constitute material or manufactory issue. 7. Products that are at the end of the natural product life cycle. 8. Exposition to UV effects (color fading, yellowing); 9. Salty environment effects; 10. Re-painted products (even partially); 11. Modified products; 12. Warranty does not include the labor cost. BATTERY USAGE GUIDELINES After the initial recharges, the battery will reach its maximum capacity. The capacity will diminish in time with no consequences on the performance itself. The battery is considered to be at the end of its service life when it reaches the 60% of its original capacity. Do not expose to high temperatures, avoid humid areas which might cause corrosion and failure in electrical contacts. ALWAYS use the proper charger paired with the battery. Never leave the battery under the 20% of charge. We recommend to charge the battery after every use. Charge to its full capacity the battery before long periods of inactivity, especially before winter, and charge it anyway every 6/8 weeks to avoid damages. After each use turn off the switch to avoid it runs out of charge. We recommend to keep the battery in a dry place with a temperature between 5 and 25. BATTERY PERFORMANCE Battery autonomy varies due to many different factors, such as terrain type and inclination, assistance level, battery health status. All the values indicated on this catalogue are only indicative and they represent the best performance reachable for any e-bike in ideal conditions (Flat terrain with a medium speed of 15 km/h, zero headwind, outside temperature of 20 C, good tires pressure ideal gear shifting, user s weight of no more than 70 kg). Performance will drop in case of uneven terrain, strong headwind, outside temperatures lower than 20 C, average speed of km/h, user s weight over 85 kg, unusual gear shifting and low tires profile pressure. NOTE The drive unit is designed exclusively for e-bikes as the driving engine. Uses other than those intended and not in accordance with the contents of this manual, besides being considered improper and forbidden, shall relieve the manufacturer from any direct and/ or indirect liability. Before using the bike, the user must make sure that the model owned matches the ordered model and that it has not been damaged during transportation or has any overall faults. Maintaining the basic characteristics, we reserve the right of technical variations or accessories for any model illustrated on the catalogue. Bicycle colors shown on this catalogue might vary in reality as they are printed on a different material. The weight might have a tolerance of 5-6%.
