5 Nelle successive fasi di smontaggio e montaggio fare riferimento ai disegni dei sezionati ed alle distinte basi. PROCEDURA DI SMONTAGGIO La procedura di smontaggio è sostanzialmente uguale a quella di montaggio eseguita in ordine inverso. Si rimanda pertanto al paragrafo relativo. CONTROLLI (Vedi anche parte corpo motore) Verificare lo stato dell estremità d albero: se scanalato, il suo stato d usura; se cilindrico, lo stato della sede chiavetta e della chiavetta stessa. Verificare lo stato dei cuscinetti e delle superfici vicine. Se necessario, sostituire i componenti. Verificare lo stato delle canne dei pistoni nel blocco cilindri ed il mantello dei pompanti: non devono esserci rigature e/o grippaggi. Nel caso sostituire i pezzi. Verificare le canne del blocco cilindri con alesametro (vedi fig. C), se i loro diametri sono oltre le tolleranze ammesse (vedi tabella sotto) o se è presente usura od eventuale ovalizzazione, sostituire i componenti. Verificare con calibro il gioco assiale fra pistone e sede sferica dell albero (vedi fig. B), se supera i valori ammessi (vedi tabella) sostituire i componenti. Verificare l usura sulle culle del coperchio distributore (vedi fig. A), non devono essere presenti rigature e/o grippaggi. During the following disassembly and reassembly procedures, refer to the cutaways drawing and parts list. DISASSEMBLING PROCEDURE The disassembling procedure is obtained following the assembling procedure but started from its end. See assembling procedure section. CHECKING (See also motor housing manual) Check shaft end spline wear or parallel shaft end key groove and key for wear or fractures. Check bearings and adjacent surfaces for wear. If necessary, they must be changed. Visually check piston bores in the cylinder barrel and pistons sides: no scratches or seizure marks must be visible. In the case, replace the parts. Check the piston boves dimension with bore gauge: (see fig. C). If said dimension is beyond tolerance (see table below) or if there is any wear or scratches, the part must be changed. Check the axial clearance between the piston shaft and spherical seat of the shaft (see fig. B), if it exceeds the allowed values (see tables), replace components. Check the wear on the distributor cradles of the cover (see illustration A), there must be no scratches and/or seizures. In caso di problemi in questa zona i due pezzi devono essere sostituiti anche se gli altri controlli hanno dato esito positivo. Check contact surfaces between cylinder barrel and valve plate: no wear marks, scores or dents must be visible. If so, change the parts. Pag. 5/13

6 PROCEDURA DI MONTAGGIO La seguente procedura può essere portata a termine solo dopo aver pulito i pezzi con solvente o agente sgrassante. Occorre avere a disposizione un banco di lavoro pulito e ben illuminato, una morsa con guardie di alluminio, utensili adeguati, olio idraulico pulito e grasso lubrificante filtrato di densità media. MOUNTING PROCEDURE The following procedure requires a careful cleaning and degreasing of all the parts before starting to reassemble the unit. A properly cleaned bench with a vice (with aluminium alloy jaw guards) and a good lighting are also mandatory. Standard workshop tooling, filtered hydraulic oil and filtered grease must be available. 1. Cianfrinare la sede conica per le due sfere (9), inserire le due sfere ed avvitare i tappi (10), avvitare il tappo (8). 1. Calk the conical seat for the balls (9), insert the two balls and the plugs (10), screw the plug (8). 2. Inserire il grano calibrato (7) nella sede sul coperchio e chiudere la sede con il tappo (8). 2. Insert the screw calibrate (7) in the seat on the cover and mount the plug (8). 7 3. Inserire il pistone di comando (2) all interno del coperchio (1) facendo in modo di orientare la sede per lo snodo sferico verso il lato distributore. Avvitare il tappo di chiusura(3). 3. Insert the control piston (2) inside the cover (1), orientating the seat for ball joint towards the valve plate side. Screw the closing plug (3). 4. Montare la bussola (15) con la vite (14) sul pistone di comando e avvitare il dado (16) con loctite Mount the bushing (15) with the screw (14) on control piston end screw the nut (16) with loctite Avvitare il tappo (18) e appoggiare il distributore sul coperchio (1) facendo in modo di centrare lo sferico dello snodo nella sede sul pistone di comando. 5. Screw the plug (18) and lean the valve plate on the cover (1), centering the ball of the joint in the seat on control piston. 6. Inserire le due spine di centraggio (13) sul coperchio distributore (1). 6. Insert the two dowel pins (13) on the valve plate cover (1). Pag. 7/13

8 7. Montare sul coperchio la valvola VSC oppure la flangia di chiusura (11). 7. Mount on the cover the VSC valve or the closing flange (11). 8. Posizionare la guarnizione, precedentemente ingrassata, nella sede sul corpo motore. 8. Place the o-ring seal, previously greased, in the seat on the motor housing. 9. Montare il coperchio sul corpo motore e chiudere con le otto viti (4) (vedi coppie di serraggio nella tabella di pag 12) 9. Assemble the cover on the housing and lock with the eight screws (4) (see torque table on page 12) 10. Montare le due flange cieche (5) e le 2 guarnizioni (12) attraverso le viti (4). 10. Mount the blind flanges (5) and the 2 seals (12) by means of the screws (4). Pag. 8/13

Chiudere tutto con il dado seal-lock (17). Ruotare il coperchio, inserire sul tirante il portamolla (13) e la molla (12). Inserire il portamolla (11) nel foro sul tirante, e poi la molla (10). Inserire il piattello spingimolla (9). Inserire a battuta sulla sede del coperchio la bussola (8) col pistoncino autobilanciato (7) al suo interno, l interfaccia (5) per attacco magnete con la sua guarnizione (6). Avvitare il canotto (25) con al suo interno lo spintore e l O-Ring (24). Inserire la bobina (3) con l O-Ring frontale (26), infilare O-Ring (2) e avvitare la ghiera (1). Insert the rod (14) on port cover, fasten the bushing (16) with its seal (15). Lock all with the seal-lock (17). After rotating the port cover, insert on the rod the spring guide (13) and the spring (12). Insert the spring guide (11) on the hole on the rod and then the spring (10). Insert the push rod guide (9). Insert at ledge the bushing (8) on the port cover seat with the spool (7) inside it, the interface (5) with its seal (6). Screw the sleeve (25) with inside the pusher and the O-Ring (24). Insert the solenoid (3) with the O-Ring front (26), insert the O-Ring (2) and tighten the nut (1). Montaggio Kit N N Kit assembly instructions Inserire la bussola (20) con la sua guarnizione (22) nella sede del coperchio. Inserire tappo (21) che blocca la bussola con la sua guarnizione (23). Dalla parte opposta inserire tappi (18) e (19). Insert the sleeve (20) with its seal (22) in the cover seat. Insert the plug (21) that stops the sleeve with its seal (23). Chiudere tutto con il dado seal-lock (12). Ruotare il coperchio, inserire sul tirante il portamolla (9) e la molla (8). Inserire il portamolla (7) nel foro sul tirante, e poi la molla (6). Inserire il piattello spingimolla (5). Avvitare la vite STEI (20) nella bussola (4). Inserire a battuta sulla sede del coperchio la bussola (4) col pistoncino autobilanciato (3) al suo interno e l interfaccia (1) con la sua guarnizione (2). Tighten the screw GRUB (20) in the bushing (4). Insert at ledge the bushing (4) on the port cover seat with the spool (3) inside it and the interface (1) with its seal (2).
