L'azienda si riserva il diritto di apportare, in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso, tutte quelle modifiche che ritiene opportune al fine di migliorare il proprio prodotto. Gli ordini sono assunti sempre e comunque salvo approvazione della Casa, che declina ogni responsabilità per ritardi di consegna o mancata evasione degli stessi. Le merci viaggiano a rischio e pericolo dell'acquirente, anche se vendute franco destino. Eventuali reclami dovranno essere comunicati, con lettera raccomandata, entro 8 giorni dalla ricezione della merce. Eventuali danni causati dal trasporto dovranno essere immediatamente contestati al vettore. Anche nel caso di contestazione, i pagamenti non possono essere sospesi. Il ritardato pagamento, anche di una sola rata, autorizza la ditta fornitrice a chiedere l'integrale pagamento con l'addebito degli interessi di mora applicati al tasso bancario vigente. La merce consegnata rimane di proprietà della ditta fornitrice sino al pagamento totale da parte del Committente. A sua volta la ditta fornitrice ha facoltà di ritirarla nel caso non venisse effettuato il saldo totale. I resi dovranno essere preventivamente autorizzati stabilendone di volta in volta le condizioni. La valutazione del reso verrà determinata presso la nostra Sede dopo averne preso visione. Any complaint shall be communicated by registered letter within 8 days from reception of the goods.any damage caused during transport shall be immediately notified to the carrier. Even in case of complaints, payments cannot be stopped. The delayed payment, even of one single instalment, entitles the supplying company to request the complete payment plus the default interests calculated according to the bank rate applied at that moment.
