SCOPO DEL CORSO E OBIETTIVI DIDATTICI COURSE DESCRIPTION AND LEARNING OBJECTIVES La modifica del contorno corporeo dopo importante dimagramento è l obiettivo di questo Corso, che include: a) chirurgia in diretta sulla brachioplastica; b) sessione video su: lifting dell interno cosce orizzontale e verticale, lifting orizzontale dei glutei, addominoplastica e modifica circonferenziale del contorno corporeo; c) parte teorica con Letture Magistrali. Per ottenere buoni risultati ed una pronta guarigione post-operatoria, è necessario preservare i linfatici, evitare scollamenti, chiudere possibili spazi morti e suturare i margini senza tensione, pur consentendo la liposuzione. E fondamentale ridurre le perdite ematiche. Per questo è utile iniettare epinefrina (2mg/lt) lungo le linee di incisione. Il Dott. Le Louarn sottolineerà l importanza della sicurezza nel trattamento di questi pazienti. Body contouring aims at modifying the shape of different areas of the body after massive weight loss. It refers to a series of procedures to reduce the excess of sagging skin and fat in previously obese patients. Live surgery includes brachioplasty, whereas video demonstrations will show inner and horizontal thigh lift, buttocks horizontal lift, abdominoplasty and circumferential body contouring. Respecting the lymphatics, avoiding undermining, allowing liposuction if requested, closing any dead space and approximating the margins without tension, represent key points in achieving good outcomes and successful wound healing. It is essential to minimize blood loss. For this epinephrine injection (2mg/ lt) along the incision lines is indicated. NOTE BIOGRAFICHE CARREER PORTRAIT Claude LE LOUARN - Allievo di Paul Tessier e di Claude Dufourmentel, il Dott. Le Louarn è specialista in Chirurgia Plastica dal 1982 e libero professionista a Parigi. E stato Presidente della SOFCEP (Società Francese dei Chirurghi Estetici e Plastici) nel 2001, e Presidente della SOFCPRE (Società Francese di Chirurgia Plastica Ricostruttiva ed Estetica) nel 2010. Ha ideato il Lifting Malare Concentrico per il ringiovanimento facciale e l addominoplastica con tensione superiore, preservando la circolazione linfatica in maniera da evitare i seromi post-operatori. E autore di numerose pubblicazioni scientifiche nel campo della Chirurgia Estetica. E stato ospite della Fondazione G. Sanvenero Rosselli nel Marzo 1999 per un corso sulla Tossina Botulinica in chirurgia estetica e nel Novembre 2005 sull Addominoplastica. Claude LE LOUARN Trained in Plastic Surgery by Paul Tessier and Claude Dufourmentel, he is currently in private practice in Paris. President of the SOFCEP (Société Française des Chirurgiens Esthétiques et Plasticiens) in 2001 and of the SOFCPRE (Société Française de Chirurgie Plastique, Reconstructrice et Esthétique) in 2010. He developed the Concentric Malar Lift for facial rejuvenation and abdominoplasty with high superior tension, preserving the lymphatic truncks as to avoid seroma. He is the author of numerous scientific publications, mainly devoted to Aesthetic Surgery. He was the Special Guest of the Fondazione G. Sanvenero Rosselli in March 1999 for a course devoted to clinical applications of Botulinum Toxin in Aesthetic surgery and in November 2005 to Abdominoplasty.
