Il principio secondo cui funziona Protective Glass è semplice: la superficie dei cristalli si presenta ad occhio nudo come perfettamente liscia; a livello microscopico si vede che il vetro presenta delle imperfezioni superficiali. Con il trattamento Protective Glass, questi buchi ed imperfezioni vengono chiusi, grazie ad una reazione chimica con le molecole superficiali del cristallo. Con un sistema di applicazione, eseguito prima dell assemblaggio della cabina, da personale qualificato sulle lastre in cristallo, viene conferita alle superfici di vetro la proprietà anti-presa dell acqua. La vostra cabina doccia risulta pulita e le superfici in vetro mantengono la loro naturale trasparenza. Per mantenere il trattamento nel tempo è necessario seguire alcuni semplici accorgimenti: non utilizzare in nessun caso detergenti eccessivamente acidi o basici o comunque abrasivi; non utilizzare spugne o panni abrasivi che grattano; sciacquare con acqua la superficie interna della cabina dai residui di sapone e sporco dopo la doccia; utilizzare il trattamento Kit di mantenimento e pulizia per pulire la cabina doccia e rigenerare il trattamento anti-presa No-kalk: per la pulizia quotidiana della cabina doccia.
