Giuseppe Arconzo Curriculum vitae Current position Senior Research Fellow and Lecturer Constitutional law (University of Milan, Faculty of law); Teacher of Advanced constitutional law and The rights of persons with disabilities in the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the University of Milan. Delegate Rector of the University of Milan in matters relating to disability and handicaps. This activity involves the task of coordinating, monitoring and taking care of all initiatives concerning the integration of disabled students within the University. Representative of the Faculty of Law, University of Milan for students with disabilities. Lawyer (Milan Bar Association) Research activities His research focused mainly on constitutional matters of the constitutional justice, special laws, regional sources of law, Italian Budget Law, state s secret, social rights of disabled people. Phd in Constitutional law, University of Milan, 25.01.2007. The doctoral thesis entitled "Contribution to the study of special laws" was assessed with "very good" by the Board of Examiners.
