3 CIAO-HELLO Information Centre: Ciao and Hello information centre is aimed at welcoming, helping, supporting and giving information to Italian and international students keen to study at Sapienza University While Ciao office manages above all Italian students, the Hello service operates as a first meeting point and help desk for international students, addressing them to the right office within Sapienza. Ciao-Hello opening hours: from Monday to Friday, from 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. This service is chaired by an office manager, run by Sapienza staff and supported by non- Eu and Eu students receiving a scholarship for 150 hours of work.
