6 HOW TO CHOOSE THE TOPICS Insegnamenti E un motore di ricerca utile per trovare i singoli insegnamenti e le informazioni ad essi relative (Corso di studio, crediti, luogo dove si tengono le lezioni, ecc..) Attenzione: Se un corso è denominato Corso Integrato significa che è composto da 2 o 3 «sotto corsi» (denominati Moduli). Gli studenti di scambio possono scegliere di frequentare l intero corso integrato oppure il singolo Modulo. Tutte le lezioni sono impartite in lingua italiana, eccetto il Corso di Studio in Ortofrutticoltura, nel quale le lezioni sono interamente in inglese Course units catalogue This is a useful search engine to find single teaching and related information about this (degree program, credits, teaching locations, course of teaching...) Pay attention to the following information: If a course is listed as an «integrated course», it means that the course consists in 2 or 3 «sub-courses». Exchange students are allowed to select the whole integrated course or the one or more «sub-courses». All the classes are held in Italian Language. Only the Degree Course in International Horticultural Science is entirely taught in English.

11 HOW TO FILL IN YOUR STUDY PLAN Il piano di studio on line The on line study plan Devi compilare il tuo piano di studi poiché è indispensabile per sostenere gli esami. Il servizio è disponibile nella tua homepage personale su AlmaRm (bottone «compila il piano di studio») o alla pagina web : You have to fill in your study plan in order to take the exams. The service is available from your personal homepage on AlmaRm (choose «Fill in your study plan») or on the following web site : ATTENZIONE: il piano di studi è modificabile solo fino alla fine di Luglio. PAY ATTENTION PLEASE: you can change your study plan until the end of July. After that date you won t be able to do any other modification!

12 HOW TO TAKE YOUR EXAMS Registrazione e verbalizzazione degli esami Per registrarti ad un esame devi utilizzare l applicativo AlmaEsami ( o scegliere dalla tua pagina personale di AlmaRm il bottone «Prenota un esame». Attraverso AlmaEsami puoi; - Consultare le date degli appelli d esame; - Iscriverti agli appelli di esame; - Verificare la verbalizzazione degli esami. Reservation and registration of exams To register for an exam you should use AlmaEsami ( or select «Register for an exam» from your personal homepage on AlmaRm. On AlmaEsami you can: - Check the dates of the exam sessions; - Register for the exam sessions; - Check that your exam grades have been registered. N.B.: Ti consigliamo di registrare il voto dell esame sostenuto anche sul libretto che ti è stato consegnato dall Ufficio Internazionale (DIRI) quando sei arrivato. N.B. : we suggest you to register the exam also in the «Record book» which has been given to you by the International Office (DIRI) when you arrived.

13 ONLY FOR ERASMUS STUDENTS : CHANGE OF EXCHANGE PERIOD Modifica della durata del periodo di scambio Ogni scambio ha una durata predefinita (da 3 a 12 mesi) stabilita dall accordo tra le due Università. Nonostante ciò è possibile modificare la durata dello scambio. ANTICIPARE LA PARTENZA: per anticipare la partenza devi informare la tua Università; PROLUNGARE IL PERIODO DI SCAMBIO: per prolungare il periodo devi chiedere l autorizzazione della tua Università e del coordinatore di scambio italiano. N.B. Ricordati che lo scambio non potrà durare oltre i 12 mesi. How to Change the Exchange period Each Erasmus exchange has a specific term (from 3 to 12 months) agreed by the two Universities. Anyway it is possible to change the exchange period. In order to go back home in advance you have to inform your University; If you wish to stay longer than the agreed period (for example to sit exams in September), you need the approval by your University and the Italian coordinator. N.B. Please remind you that the exchange period cannot last more than 12 months.

14 REGISTRATION OF EXAMS IMPORTANTE Controlla su AlmaEsami che tutti gli esami che hai sostenuto siano stati verbalizzati. In caso contrario, contatta i Professori, PRIMA DELLA TUA PARTENZA, per effettuare la verbalizzazione; Se necessiti della verbalizzazione di un voto negativo devi chiederlo al docente al momento dell esame. Normalmente i docenti verbalizzano solo voti positivi; Se sei uno studente con permesso di soggiorno, ricordati di registrare gli esami prima della scadenza del permesso di soggiorno; dopo tale data non sarà più possibile registrare nulla. PLEASE REMIND THAT: TAKE CARE OF THE FOLLOWING: - To obtain your Transcript of Records, at the end of your study period, you need all your exams to be registered on AlmaEsami. Otherwise it cannot be possibile to have a Transcript with the list of exams and grades; if some exams are not recorded, please get in touch immediately (and before your leaving) with the professors and ask them to register your grades - If you obtain a negative grade of an exam and you wish it to appear on your Transcript of records, kindly inform the professors, since they normally register only positive grades; - If you are a student with a residence permit, please remind that your exams can be registered within the deadline of your RP; after that date any exam will be registered.

16 TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS Il Transcript of Records è rilasciato alla fine del tuo periodo di scambio dal DIRI. E il documento che attesta le attività che hai svolto nel periodo di scambio ed i voti ottenuti. Al termine della registrazione della tua partenza potrai scaricare il Transcript dalla tua homepage personale in AlmaRm. Il DIRI spedirà per posta elettronica il Transcript con firma digitale alla tua Università di provenienza. The Transcript of Records is issued at the end of your exchange period. It contains the list of exams and internships you have taken, along with the date of the exam, the credits and the grades obtained. After the check out, you will be able to download your Transcript directly on your homepage in AlmaRm. The Exchange students desk (DIRI) will send the Transcript, provided with digital signature and stamp, to your University, by .
