VALORIZZANDO LA NOSTRA STORIA COSTRUIREMO IL FUTURO Fondata nel 1981 dall Ing. Vito Feleppa, SEITRON SpA è attiva sin dai suoi esordi nella termoregolazione con regolatori per impianti solari e termostati senza fili. GARANZIA - WARRANTY CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA Seitron si impegna a riparare o sostituire gratuitamente quelle parti che entro il periodo di garanzia si dimostrassero a suo giudizio non funzionanti. I prodotti difettosi devono giungere a Seitron con spese di trasporto a carico dell acquirente. Dalla garanzia sono escluse: le rotture accidentali, per eventi naturali, per trasporto, per uso non corretto o non conforme a quanto indicato nel foglio istruzione del prodotto. Ogni maltrattamento, riparazione, apporto di modifche al prodotto non espressamente autorizzate da Seitron invalideranno la garanzia. WARRANTY CONDITIONS Seitron repair or replace those parts found to be defective within the warranty period. The defective units must anyway arrive at Seitron in Italy free of charge. This warranty doesn t cover all damages caused by accidental breakages, natural events, incorrect transportation or any use different from the instruction of the product. Any repairs, incorrect handling or changes to the product without authorization from Seitron invalidate this warranty. PERIODO DI GARANZIA Il periodo di garanzia è di 36 mesi dalla data di produzione (vedere etichetta esterna al prodotto), a parte la famiglia degli analizzatori di combustione e strumentazione portatile, per i quali il periodo di garanzia è di 24 mesi. WARRANTY PERIOD This warranty is valid for a period of 36 months starting from the date of production (see label on the product), but the family of flue gas analyzers and portable instruments, for which the warranty period is 24 months. AUTORIZZAZIONE AL RESO Per rendere un prodotto difettoso, il Cliente deve avere un numero di autorizzazione al reso. Il numero di autorizzazione al reso si ottiene comunicando a Seitron la data di produzione, numero della fattura o numero di ddt e difetto riscontrato. PRODUCT RETURN AUTHORIZATION The Customer needs an authorization number to return a defective product. In order to obtain the authorization number please communicate the manufacturing date to Seitron, together with number of the invoice or number of document of transportation and defect found.
