Un estruso per dissipatori di qualità parte sempre da una attenta progettazione della matrice. La messa a punto della matrice viene eseguita da personale specializzato di grande esperienza. Accurati controlli dimensionali, delle catteristiche meccaniche e della composizione chimica garantiscono la qualità del prodotto. An extrusion for high quality heatsink profiles always starts from a careful tooling design. The set up of the extrusion tooling is carried out by specialized personnel with long experience. Accurate inspection of the dimensions, the mechanical properties and the chemical composition are guarantee for a high quality product. Ogni lega di alluminio ha proprie caratteristiche fisiche, chimiche e meccaniche che la rendono particolarmente adatta a specifiche applicazioni.
