D200-WIMOD T20-WIMOD GR5-WIMOD from 20t to 100t from 5t to 20t from 500kg to 9.5t The Wireless digital crane scales are proposed as tools for a completely independent measurement of weight, to be applied directly on lifting equipment such as cranes, hoists, etc. Their flexibility combined with an high transmission distance measurement (over 100m) make these tools widely used in various industrial activities where is needed to check the weights of machineries, equipments, containers, industrial components, artifacts, etc. The dynamometer consists of a load cell made entirely of stainless steel type GR5, T20 or D200 coupled to a WIMOD transmitter powered by an internal rechargeable battery which ensures high battery life of 1000 hours without recharge. Load cells can cover a large measuring range, starting from 500kg to 100t with accuracy within 0.05% of full scale. The GR5 model is equipped with appropriate crickets for direct mounting on the hooks of the lifting tools, while for T20 and D200 models crickets are managed on demand. The WISTAR is an handheld professional indicator that can be used to read the measurements transmitted. The indicator is equipped with rechargeable battery that allows to view the SINGLE WEIGHT of 1, 2, 3, 4 dynamometers on real time (coming by different models and capacities), and to display the TOTAL weight (the sum of 2, 3 or 4 dynamometers). In addition to the traditional functions of ZERO, HOLD, PEAK, the measurements can be stored (by pressing the REC button) in the Data logger internal memory. Once the measuring activity is finished it is possible to download all items stored on the PC with the recording date and time. The instrument is provided with an aluminum case and an USB port to be easily connected to PC. Page 1 of 6

Data Sheet: DINT.R1 www.aep.it Dinamometri Wireless Misure di PESO su attrezzature di SOLLEVAMENTO D200-WIMOD T20-WIMOD GR5-WIMOD da 20t a 100t da 5t a 20t da 500kg a 9.5t I dinamometri digitali Wireless si propongono come strumenti completamente autonomi per misure di peso, da applicare direttamente su attrezzature di sollevamento come carroponti, gru e argani ecc La loro flessibilità abbinata ad un elevata distanza di trasmissione della misura (oltre 100m) rendono questi strumenti molto utilizzati in diverse attività industriali dove è necessario verificare pesi di macchinari, attrezzature, container componenti industriali, manufatti ecc Il dinamometro è composto da una cella di carico realizzata interamente in acciaio inox tipo GR5, T20 o D200 abbinata ad un trasmettitore WIMOD alimentato da una batteria interna ricaricabile che garantisce un elevata autonomia di circa 1000 ore senza la necessità di ricaricarla. I dinamometri permettono di coprire un elevato campo di misura con parte che partono da 500kg fino a 100t con precisione entro lo 0.05% del fondo scala. I modelli GR5 e sono forniti di serie con appositi grilli per il montaggio diretto sui ganci degli attrezzi di sollevamento, mentre per i modelli T20 e D200 i grilli vengono gestiti su richiesta. Per leggere le misure trasmesse è possibile utilizzare il WISTAR, un indicatore professionale palmare a batteria ricaricabile che permette di visualizzare il PESO SINGOLO di 1, 2, 3, 4 dinamometri in tempo reale (anche di diversi modelli e portate), e di visualizzare il peso TOTALE (la somma di 2, 3 o 4 dinamometri). Oltre alle funzioni classiche di ZERO, HOLD, PICCO è possibile memorizzare (premendo il tasto REC) le misure nella memoria interna del Data Logger. Alla fine della giornata o a fine turno è possibile scaricare su PC tutte le pesate memorizzate con data e ora di registrazione. Lo strumento ha una custodia in alluminio e una porta USB per un facile collegamento a PC. Page 4 of 6
