Questa guarnizione vuene impiegata da vari anni e rappresenta ancora un elemento di tenuta tecnicamente molto valido, anche per la varietà di materiali con cui può essere realizzata. Sistema di tenuta con guarnizione secondaria Nelle applicazioni gravose ove si richiede durata ed ermeticità del sistema di tenuta, in sistemi idraulici con partenza a freddo viscosità del fluido idraulico molto alta (trafilamento della guarnizione primaria, si usano tenute montate in serie. Anche se una delle due tenute avesse dei problemi l'altra guarnizione assicura l'ermeticità del sistema. Il film lubrificante che si crea sotto i labbri di tenuta fa si che l' applicazione funzioni con basso attrito e un' ottima ermeticità. L' accoppiata ideale è composta dall' elemento primario in materiale BM mentre il secondario può essere una guarnizione a labbro 040 o 150616 in poliuretano o un NCR in materiale PE. Il sistema necessita in uscita di un raschiatore a doppia tenuta e un adeguato numero di anelli guida in MCF80 (molto resistente alla compressione) e anelli in PTFE caricato BM (ottima resistenza all' usura elevato scorrimento). Aumento del volume tra le guarnizioni (vedi disegno), che funge da serbatoio per il recupero dei trafilamenti, l' olio qui immagazzinato viene ripompato in direzione opposta alla tenuta per effetto idrodinamico del ritorno dello stelo. Informazioni sul montaggio guarnizioni PTFE L' attrezzo di montaggio M22 è stato realizzato per il montaggio delle guarnizioni per steli NCR. L'attrezzo può essere usato per elementi di tenuta con un diametro dello stelo > a 30 mm e con un' altezza fino a 4 mm. L' attrezzo può essere anche impiegato per il montaggio di guarnizioni a labbro in poliuretano. fase 1 fase 2 Posizionamento dell' anello di tenuta sull' attrezzo di montaggio Dare all' anello di tenuta la forma come da illustrazione usando la pinza di montaggio. La compressione và effettuata con cura per non danneggiare gli spigoli di tenuta. fase 3 fase 4 Inserire l' anello nel foro posizionandolo in cava. Allentare la pressione di serraggio nella pinza e successivamente sfilarla dal foro. Controllare il corretto alloggiamento in cava dell 'anello di tenuta. Il collare può essere eseguito in vari conpaund a base PTFE o Polietilene, la molla energizzante con vari tipi di acciaio. Nelle applicazioni alimentari si preferisce l'uso del collare in Polietilene ad alta densità molecolare molla in AISI,nel canale contenete la molla viene inserito del gel al silicone per riempire ogni possibile interstizio onde evitare il deposito di prodotto nel canale stesso. Tali guarnizioni ammettono la sanificazione con soda caustica al 3% e per brevi trattamenti vapore a 120 C. Generalità tenute a labbro in Poliuretano Stelo Esterno cava Vista tenuta libera prima del montaggio. Si notino il precarico dei due labbri di tenuta 1, 2 ¹ ² Vista tenuta inserita in cava senza stelo. Si noti la compressione del labbro 2 ¹ ² Vista tenuta inserita in cava e con lo stelo inserito.si noti la compressione di entrmbi i labbri 1, 2 ¹ ² 040-042-041-150616 rappresenta una parte della gamma delle tenute a labbro in Poliuretano. Sono elementi di tenuta molto resistenti meccanicamente e molto adatti ad applicazioni sia standard che pesanti. 040-150616 presentano un profilo assimetrico dei labbri con il labbro interno più corto. Forma questa che può assorbire più facilmente flessioni dello stelo ed un minore attrito.
