La garanzia per la verniciatura è di 12 mesi. Per tutti i componenti ed equipaggiamenti della bicicletta fa fede la garanzia della casa produttrice. I termini di garanzia hanno inizio dalla data di acquisto, purché tale acquisto sia avvenuto presso un rivenditore Speed autorizzato. In caso di reclami per difetti di fabbricazione del telaio (purché sia sottoposto alle normali condizioni d uso a cui è destinato), Gruppo Bici srl si impegna a riparare o sostituire le parti in garanzia risultate difettose, mentre rimarranno a carico del cliente le spese di trasporto. In case of claims relating to frame manufacturing faults (as long as this has undergone the normal conditions of use for which it was intended), Gruppo Bici srl undertakes to repair or replace the parts covered by warranty, while transport costs are to the customer s charge. Without prejudice to the essential product characteristics, Gruppo Bici srl reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any technical changes to the frame and choice of bicycle component parts, with regard to any model in the catalogue.
