PRODUZIONE MADE IN ITALY Grazie ai propri impianti di produzione siti a Carmagnola tra cui macchine per la lavorazione dei circuiti stampati con tecnologia in SMT, LED ITALY è in grado di eseguire al proprio interno gran parte delle lavorazioni a partire dai componenti semi lavorato sino al prodotto finito. Strip led, lampade, ed apparecchi di illuminazione vengono fabbricati, assemblati e testati all interno dell azienda nel pieno rispetto delle normative europee vigenti. Vero e proprio fiore all occhiello, LED ITALY offre ai propri clienti la personalizzazione di ogni articolo per dimensioni, specifiche tecniche e prestazioni sulla base della richiesta del committente. Da un paio di anni l azienda compie al proprio interno anche tutte le lavorazioni inerenti alla resinatura delle proprie barre o strip nelle versioni stagne IP65, IP68. LED ITALY è l unica azienda italiana che offre a listino strip led e barre con dimensioni che vanno da 10 cm. sino a 20 metri in tratta unica, in molteplici versioni per utilizzi in interno, esterno o immersione. A MADE IN ITALY PRODUCTION Thanks to its own production sites located in Carmagnola including machines working on printed circuit technology (Surface Mounted Technology), LED ITALY is able to make itself large part of the processing starting from the semi components up to the final product. LED strip, lamps, and lighting fixtures are manufactured, assembled and tested in the company in full compliance with European regulations. As a true flagship LED ITALY offers its customers the customization of the single product on dimensions, specifications, and performance based on customer s request. For a couple of years the company also has been working itself all the resin processing systems for its bars and stripes related to IP65, IP68 waterproof versions. LED ITALY is the only Italian company that offers in its price list led strips and bars in sizes ranging from 10 cm. up to 20 meters, several versions are available for indoor, outdoor and submersion use. Il LED sfrutta l energia impiegata quasi interamente per la produzione di luce richiedendo una minore potenza impiegata che a parità di flusso luminoso può arrivare sino al 80% in meno rispetto ad una sorgente tradizionale. Qualità della luce I LED di ultima generazione possono avere una temperatura colore, espressa in gradi Kelvin, che copre le differenti tonalità della luce nell arco del giorno. I chip LED possono spaziare dal bianco caldo, (Warm White) 2700 K, valore corrispondente a quello delle lampade alogene tradizionali, al 4500 K (Daylight) luce naturale, valore utilizzato in molti apparecchi per uso commerciale, sino ai 6500 K (Cold White) tonalità di luce molto vivida ed intensa. Unitamente alla temperatura colore un elevato valore di resa cromatica -CRI- compreso tra 80 e 95 sono i parametri valori fondamentali nell illuminazione che rendono i colori assolutamente vivi e naturali. Benessere ed inquinamento luminoso Il LED contribuisce anche alla salute in quanto la luce emessa è priva del componente IR (infrarossi ) ed ha un valore estremamente basso di UV (ultravioletti) che possono nuocere specialmente nel caso di una esposizione prolungata alla sorgente luminosa. Inoltre essendo l emissione di luce a LED direzionale può essere utilizzata per dirigere il fascio luminoso unicamente nelle zone richieste. L assemblaggio finale, i test ed il collaudo sono interamente effettuati all interno del nostro stabilimento per garantire il rispetto dei requisiti di qualità aziendali. The semi-electronic, mechanical and optical components are manufactured in Italy and sourced from certified suppliers that have their own official distributor in Italy. The manufacturing process of PCB and assembly of LED modules is entirely Made in Italy, the most part of it in LED ITALY establishment. The processing with resin and the protective conformal coating treatment are performed entirely in our plant. The mechanical components and the extruded aluminum bars come from Italian suppliers, they are laser cut, and manufactured with specific procedures. Great attention is given to the most sensitive components, like heat sinks. These components are made under our specifications by highly specialized suppliers. The driver, power supplies and control systems come from companies that build these products in Italy or by Italian distributors in leading brands in the world. The final assembly and testing are carried out entirely within our factory to ensure compliance with the quality requirements established from the company. Linea Luce La collezione Linea Luce si compone di strip led flessibili e barrette rigide interamente Made in Italy. Ogni singolo prodotto è progettato e realizzato all interno delle nostre strutture. La nostra gamma di prodotti è disponibile in differenti versioni con varie rese luminose. A partire da Linea Luce 1 sino alla Linea Luce 30 sono ordinabili con misure personalizzate, varie tonalità di bianco o RGB, versioni IP 20 o IP65 con trattamento Conformal Coating. La nuova gamma di strip Led flessibili Waterproof permettono la realizzazione di inserimenti luminosi o guida luce. Vengono realizzate in lunghezze differenti, su misura e possono raggiungere la lunghezza massima in tratta unica di 50 metri. Disponibili con varie tipologie di LED le Strip Led Waterproof IP68 possono essere utilizzate in immersione sino ad un metro di profondità o per installazioni in ambienti marini, alla presenza di salsedine in quanto hanno un elevato potere di resistenza agli agenti corrosivi. La Strip Led Waterproof use è fabbricata partendo da una guaina rettangolare in PVC, sulla quale viene colata una resina bicomponente poliuretanica trattata UV che mediante procedimenti specifici mantiene una elevatissima trasparenza nel tempo evitando l ingiallimento o il deterioramento in presenza di agenti atmosferici.
