Ministero della Salute DIREZIONE GENERALE PER L IGIENE E LA SICUREZZA DEGLI ALIMENTI E LA NUTRIZIONE UFFICIO 7 Sicurezza e regolamentazione dei prodotti fitosanitari COMUNICATO Proroga dei prodotti fitosanitari contenenti sostanze attive approvate e riportate nel regolamento (UE) n. 950/2016 Nel regolamento di esecuzione (UE) n. 540/2011 è riportato l elenco completo delle sostanze attive approvate o che si ritengono approvate ai sensi del regolamento (CE) n.1107/2009 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio relativo all immissione sul mercato dei prodotti fitosanitari, con l indicazione del periodo di approvazione per ciascuna di loro. Con il regolamento di esecuzione (UE) n. 823/2012 il periodo di approvazione delle sostanze attive: carfentrazone etile, ciazofamid, etofumesato, fenamidone, foramsulfuron, imazamox, isoxaflutole, linuron, mesotrione, oxasulfuron, pendimetalin e trifloxystrobina è stato prorogato al 31 luglio 2016. Lo stesso regolamento di esecuzione ha prorogato al 31 ottobre 2016 il periodo di approvazione delle seguenti sostanze attive: 2,4-DB, beta-ciflutrin, Coniothyrium minitans di ceppo CON/M/91-08 (DSM 9660), deltametrina, dimethenamid-p, flufenacet, flurtamone, fostiazato, iodosulfuron, iprodione, idrazide maleica, picoxystrobin e siltiofam. Successivamente con il regolamento UE n. 950/2016 il periodo di approvazione delle suddette sostanze attive è stato prorogato rispettivamente al 31 luglio 2017 e al 31 ottobre 2017. Ciò premesso, si rende necessario procedere anche a livello nazionale con la proroga delle autorizzazioni dei prodotti fitosanitari, contenenti le sostanze attive sopra citate per lo stesso periodo fissato dal regolamento (UE) n. 950/2016 della Commissione europea. Sono fatti salvi i prodotti fitosanitari che contengono queste sostanze attive in combinazione con altre sostanze attive aventi diverse date di scadenza. Il Comunicato sarà pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana e avrà valore di notifica alle Imprese interessate, mentre sul portale del Ministero sarà pubblicato, unitamente al presente Comunicato, l elenco completo dei prodotti fitosanitari oggetto di proroga.
