Pannelli PROMETAL PSN System STRUTTURA NASCOSTA PROMETAL PSN è un sistema di controsoffitto costruito con pannelli generalmente di modulo 600x600 mm montati in aggancio su orditura di sostegno nascosta con semplice pressione. I pannelli forati accoppiati con materiale isolante raggiungono un elevato potere fono-assorbente che assicura ottima acustica ambientale. Sono particolarmente indicati per ogni tipo di installazione e dove sia richiesto anche un controsoffitto economico. Semplice da installare, il controsoffitto a pannelli, consente l accesso agli impianti soprastanti, permettendo rapidità di intervento e manutenzione. CONCEALED STRUCTURE PROMETAL PSN is a system of false ceiling consisting of panels, generally in modules 600x600 mm provided in the longitudinal edges with simple notches to be simply clipped into a concealed spring tee. Devono essere tenuti nel loro imballo fino al momento del montaggio. Gli imballi devono essere impilati ed orientati secondo le indicazioni presenti. Per evitare danni al prodotto fare molta attenzione nel maneggiare ed aprire gli imballi. STORAGE AND HANDLING Ceiling components must be stored in a dry interior location. They must remain in original packing until installation. Cartons must be stored and oriented as per instructions. Special care must be used during handling and opening of boxes to avoid damages. PULIZIA Per una corretta pulizia del prodotto: La polvere va rimossa dalle superfici verniciate con un panno morbido e pulito; Il grasso e le impronte devono essere tolte con un detergente delicato adatto all uso; Non usare detergenti abrasivi e non grattare la superficie in alcun modo. CLEANING For a correct cleaning: Dust should be removed from the surface by wiping with a clean soft cloth; Grease and fingerprints should be removed with a mild household cleaner suitable for this use; Don t use abrasive cleaners or scrub the surface. 11

I pannelli, muniti di particolari bugne, vengono montati, con una semplice pressione, su una struttura portante primaria costituita da un profilo a triangolo. Il particolare disegno del profilo permette un facile posizionamento del pannello nella sua sede e allo stesso tempo un altrettanto semplice rimozione di quest ultimo con l ausilio di un apposito attrezzo disponibile a richiesta. Il controsoffitto è fornito normalmente con struttura semplice; profili a triangolo paralleli sostenuti da staffe e pendini. Per necessità di maggiore compattezza e rigidità del controsoffitto, può essere fornita una doppia struttura costituita da profili a C e speciali piastrine reggiprofilo o da profili a C e molle di fissaggio. Il controsoffitto è fornito normalmente con struttura semplice; tubi tondi da 22 mm di diametro, sostenuti da clips. A TENUTA Il controsoffitto PSN TC A TENUTA, mantenendo le peculiarità costruttive del PSN TC, assicura un ottimo isolamento alla polvere. Questa caratteristica lo rende ideale in situazioni dove sia richiesto un controllo igienico dell ambiente. L isolamento alla polvere viene ottenuto con l inserimento di speciali guarnizioni tra pannello e pannello e tra pannello e profili perimetrali. Il controsoffitto è fornito normalmente con struttura semplice; tubi tondi da 22 mm di diametro, sostenuti da clips. Per mantenere le caratteristiche isolanti del controsoffitto i pannelli devono essere necessariamente lisci e non forati. Per necessità di maggiore compattezza e rigidità del controsoffitto, può essere fornita una doppia struttura costituita da profili a C e speciali piastrine reggiprofilo o da profili a C e molle di fissaggio. PSN TC AIRTIGHT PROMETAL PSN TC AIRTIGHT system offers all the characteristics and advantages of the standard PSN TC system, but in this case it comes complete with a self adhesive gasket which is fixed to the edges of the panels and to the accessories (edge profiles) etc during installation. This seals the panel to panel joint as well as the panel to accessory joint (edge profiles). This give an air tight joint which makes the ceiling ideal for areas such as clean rooms or where hygiene is paramount, as in hospital theatres, food processing hall etc. The false ceiling is supplied with primary structure, a tube diam. 22 mm, which forms a parallel linear grid system and spring-clips clasped to the profile, into which tiles are clipped.
