Daniela Iride Murgia Illustratrice Illustrator Daniela Iride Murgia, artista, nata nel 1969, laurea in arte orientale. Dopo la laurea svolge ricerca universitaria per il CNR. E' stata attrice di teatro, tra le varie collaborazioni quella con Tiziano Scarpa, Betta Brusa, Garry Lane. Master in Illustrazione per l'infanzia presso l'università di Padova. Collaboratrice alla docenza di Olafur Eliasson, presso la facoltà di Arte e Design, IUAV, Venezia. Selezionata tra i primi 14 illustratori italiani dall'associazione Illustratori nel 2010. Selezionata a ILLUSTRARTE 2012.Da molti anni lavora nel campo delle arti visive contemporanee.vive e lavora in Italia, a Venezia. Realizza oggetti illustrati, esposti presso giftshop di prestigiosi musei, quali: MuseodelDesigndiCopenhagen,KunstindustrieMuseetShop; Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, Copenhagen; Bookshop Electa, BIENNALE di Venezia; Bookshop Palazzo Grassi; Querini Stampalia, Venezia; Bevilacqua La Masa, Venezia. Ha pubblicato per il Sole 24 Ore, La Riflessione, Sovera, Il Filo, Ventiquattro Magazine, Telecom, DADA Artebambini. Le sue illustrazioni sono realizzate attraverso un range di media disparati con particolare predilezione per il ricamo e collage su carta, tela e stoffa. Daniela Murgia ha fondato,insieme con Troels Bruun, l'm+b studio (www.mplusb.eu) che nell'arco di 12 anni ha prodotto, progettato e curato svariate mostre in collaborazione con artisti e architetti di fama internazionale presso la Biennale di Venezia, tra i vari committenti e artisti: Jerome Sans, Jason Rhoades, Gerard Byrne, Olafur Eliasson, Elmgreen & Dragset, Mark Lewis, Ming Wong. Daniela Iride Murgia is a visual artist with a degree in Oriental Art. In 1998 Daniela and Troels Bruun opened the M+Bstudio.The studio has designed and produced some of its projects independently, while others grew out of collaboration with well-known artists, architects, and curators.
