Guarnizioni Industriali was founded in 2000 by the passionate initiative of the Ponti s brothers who developed specific expertise in designing and machining of thermoplastic components for the industrial sector. The company is today one of the leading players in the Italian market for its quality and service. O.T.M.P. Guarnizioni Industriali operates in the petrochemical, chemical and food sectors with particular focus in the valves industry. The company s workshop with its CNC machines is capable of turning and milling rings up to 1500 mm of diameter in any kind of thermoplastic materials (PTFE, carbon and fiberglass charged PTFE, PEEK, DEVLON, KEL-F VESPEL etc.). The company s core business is the production of the following finished products: seat inserts, backup rings, floating seat rings, Chevron packing, O - rings. Besides, O.T.M.P. Guarnizioni Industrial is specialized in design and manufacturing of lip-seals with Elgiloy springs for high pressure and cryogenic applications. The standardization concept and the large stock of raw materials allow O.T.M.P. Guarnizioni Industriali to guarantee very fast and reliable delivery. O.T.M.P. Guarnizioni Industriali è stata fondata nel 2000 dall iniziativa appassionata dei fratelli Ponti dopo aver sviluppato una solida esperienza nella progettazione e lavorazione delle materie termoplastiche per il settore industriale L azienda è oggi uno dei leader di mercato in Italia per qualità e servizio verso i propri clienti. O.T.M.P. Guarnizioni Industriali opera nei settori alimentare, chimico e petrolchimico con un attenzione particolare al settore valvole. L officina è equipaggiata con macchinari a controllo numerico di ultima generazione ed è in grado di eseguire lavori di tornitura e fresatura fino a un diametro di 1500 mm in qualsiasi materiale plastico (PTFE, PTFE caricato, PEEK, DEVLON, KEL-F VESPEL ecc.). I seguenti prodotti sono solo alcuni degli articoli offerti: inserti tenuta per seggi, back - up, seggi tenuta sfera, pacchi chevron, O - ring, compensatori di dilatazione, rivestimenti e soffietti in PTFE, ma specialmente siamo uno dei pochi produttori di tenute lip-seal con molle in Elgiloy per alte pressioni e servizio criogenico. La standardizzazione e l ampio stock di materia prima consentono a O.T.M.P. Guarnizioni Industriali di garantire consegne rapide ed affidabili.
