CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA Commissioni - Le commissioni, impegnative per il cliente, si intendono sempre salvo espressa accettazione della Casa. Prezzi - I prezzi indicati nel nostro listino si intendono per merce consegnata franco fabbrica. Ad esclusivo carico del compratore sono tutti gli oneri fiscali. I prezzi sono puramente indicativi e suscettibili di variazioni senza preavviso. Pagamento - Ogni fattura deve essere regolata separatamente anche se esistono residui di commissione da espletare, il ritardo del pagamento costituisce sempre inadempienza inesauribile. Nessuna contestazione sulla merce potrà dare diritto al compratore di sospendere o ritardare i pagamenti. Spedizioni - La commissione potrà essere eseguita dalla casa anche con più spedizioni. La merce viaggia aspese, a rischio e pericolo del compratore, anche se viene spedita direttamente dalla casa, si escludono bonifici per eventuali rotture o ammacchi. Tutte le spese di imballaggio, trasporto ecc. sono a carico del compratore. La consegna della merce al trasportatore deve intendersi in ogni caso come fatta direttamente dal compratore. Dimensioni e pesi - Le dimensioni e i pesi indicati nel listino prezzi e nel catalogo si intendono indicativi. Garanzia - Non si ammettono reclami se non fatti nei termini stabiliti nella prima parte dell art. 1495 Cod. Civ. La decorazione, pur non costituendo intervento di tipo strutturale/funzionale, è di fatto parte integrante dell articolo stesso sul quale è applicata. è vietata quindi la commercializzazione di prodotti della NEROCERAMICA che non siano stati decorati dalla stessa, ovvero è fatto comunque divieto di intervenire sui suoi prodotti senza previa autorizzazione scritta. La NEROCERAMICA si riserva la facoltà di perseguire a norma di legge i trasgressori. GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS Orders - The orders, which are binding for client, are always considered to be subject to manufacturer acceptance. Prices - The prices indicated on our price list are for goods delivered as ex works. All taxes and duties are on the buyer s charge. The prices are given strictly as an indication and are subject to change without any advance notice. Payment - Each invoice must be paid separately, regardless of any outstanding orders to be filled. Decorations on our products - All the decorative motifs on our products are part of collections whose original copies have been deposited consequently, any duplication, partial or otherwise, is prohibeted. While decorative motivs are not considered structural/functional aspects, they are nevertheless an integral part of the item to which they have been applied. Therefore, the sale of any Neroceramica products without the decorative motifs applied to manufacturer is forbidden, i.e. altering product decoration without the express written consent of Neroceramica is forbidden.
