Obbiettivi sviluppare una metodologia comune per supportare le Regioni nell identificazione delle principali vulnerabilità e priorità di azione per garantire l effettiva applicazione a scala locale degli obiettivi della SNAC fornire alle Regioni una metodologia per ottimizzare il mainstreaming delle politiche di adattamento nelle politiche settoriali e nella governance multilivello
Obbiettivi definire linee guida per l adattamento nelle aree urbane fornire una guida per l integrazione della Covenant of Mayors e il Mayor Adapt nelle aree urbane -> Covenant of Mayor for Climate and Energy
