1 ECCO LE ISTRUZIONI PER INSERIRE IL MATERIALE RICHIESTO DAL BANDO TEATRO SENZA FILO CONTEST: 1) Registrati su e creati un profilo personale o del gruppo* (non con il nome del progetto!) in italiano o in inglese. Aggiungi informazioni e materiale a tua scelta. 2) Effettua il Login con i tuoi dati. 3) Vai su Collaborations (nella barra in alto), cerca Teatro Senza Filo Contest 2017 e cliccalo. Quando sei nella pagina di Teatro Senza Filo Contest 2017 clicca su Join Collaboration (in alto a destra). 4) Ora devi creare una sotto-collaborazione : clicca su Create a sub collaboration e aggiungi i dati del tuo Spettacolo. Scegli le seguenti opzioni dai menù a tendina: Collaboration permission Closed Who can see this collaboration? Members of the parent collaboration. Salva tutto. 5) Ora puoi personalizzare la tua sub-collaboration con video, file, foto, musica. Andando su Edit Collaboration potrai modificare i dati dello spettacolo, mentre per aggiungere il materiale clicca su Add features e scegli quali funzioni aggiungere (videos, photo albums, files, ecc). A questo punto appariranno i riquadri con le nuove funzionalità aggiunte da riempire col tuo materiale. Nella sezione File carica la Domanda di partecipazione compilata, la scheda artistica e tecnica, la presentazione della compagnia e altri file a tua scelta. Nella sezione Video carica il promo o il video parziale o completo dello spettacolo proposto. Nella sezione Photo Albums carica le eventuali foto dello spettacolo (facoltative). 6) Fine. 2 *HELP How To Register on CircYOUity Only registered users can make changes to the site content. To register Click on the Register button on the right. Fill the form with some simple information and confirm by clicking on the Register button.

3 Once registration is completed, you will receive an for validation on the address you provided in the form. Click on the link attached to the . LOGIN If you have a username and a password (account information), you can login on CircYOUity. Insert this information into the white boxes and click on Log in. If you want CircYOUity to remember your data, tick the square box Keep me signed in. If you don t remember your password, don t worry! Click on lost password and receive a new password on your . If all information is correctly added, you will be redirected to CircYOUity s activity river. FIND COLLABORATION There are at least two ways to find a collaboration. 1) If you know the name of the collaboration, you can search it on the search by keywords box. A number of results will be displayed. Select the Collaboration entity from the list on the right and click on the collaboration you are looking for to open it.

4 2) If you know the user who created the collaboration, you will find the collaboration into the Collaboration feature in the user s profile. Click on the collaboration to open it. JOIN A NEW COLLABORATION Collaborators can exchange information and files. Click on the button Join Collaboration to become a new collaborator. Now you are ready to exchange new contents within this collaboration.

5 CREATE A NEW SUB-COLLABORATION Sub-collaborations are objects that allow sharing files in a compact, organized and easy way. Click on Create a new sub-collaboration. Complete the form by adding your information. Remember to set up closed collaboration permissions and Members of the parent collaboration to prevent any other from modifying your contents and to allow only users of the parent collaboration to see your staff. Click on the Save button to complete the creation.

6 ADD VIDEOS, PHOTOS, FILES, AND SOUNDS FEATURES ON A SUB-COLLABORATION Click on the Add features button and click on a feature to add it to the page. ADD NEW VIDEOS, FILES, SOUNDS OR PHOTOS ON A SUB-COLLABORATION. Click on the Add a video link in the bottom side of the Videos feature to add a new video. Click on the Upload a file link in the bottom side of the Files feature to add a new text file. Click on the Create a photo link in the bottom side of the Photo Albums feature to add a new album. Click on the Add sounds link in the bottom side of the Sounds feature to add a new sounds album. Any uploaded videos, photos, files and sounds will be automatically stored.
