I (40-49 years-old born from 1964 to 1973), cat II (50-59 years-old born from 1954 to 1963), cat. III (60-69 years-old, born from 1944 to 1953), cat. IV (70 years-old and elderly, born in 1943 and years before). MEMBERS OF FOREIGN FEDERATIONS BELONGING TO THE SAME CATEGORIES ARE ALSO ALLOWED. APPLICATIONS Applications instructions for FIS members: Fencing Clubs must apply, and make any modifications and cancellations, ONLY via WEB (FIS website: until Wednesday,

2 October 24 th, at am (midday). At the venue, until half hour before any category start, application must be confirmed, or the communication of possible absences and pay the relative fee. Application instructions for members of foreign Federations: Fencing Clubs must forward the applications, and modifications and cancellations, to the Italian Fencing Federation, ONLY via FAX to Mr. Enrico Biondi fax n ) or via until Wednesday, October 24 th, at am (midday). COMPETITION APPLICATION FEE: For all the athletes (members of the AMIS, not members and foreign Federations members) 15,00 for the first weapon, 5,00 for the second weapon, 5 for the third weapon. For all the 6 Individual Competition of the Veteran national circuit of the (the fee for the Veteran Italian Championships are excluded) the fee must be paid only at the venue to the organizing Club. 4 Subject n. 2: Torneo Veteres, reserved to the AMIS members eliminated at the first round of E.D. of all the categories of the first Veterans Competitions Together with the 1 st National Veterans Circuit Event , the Torneo Veteres will be organised Together with the 1 st National Veterans Circuit Event , the Torneo Veteres Together with the 1st National Veterans Circuit event , the Torneo Veteres will be organised, a group of competitions where only AMIS members eliminated at the first round of pool of E.D. of all categories and weapon. SCHEDULE of the Torneo Veteres The Torneo Veteres competitions will start at the end of the first round pool of E.D. of the 1 st Veterans competition ALLOWED ATHLETES AMIS members eliminated at the first round of pool of E.D. of all categories and weapon. APPLICATION Those athelets who want to participate in the Torneo Veteres have to apply at the venue to the DT. Aplication fee is free. If in one category there are less than 8 fencers, those ones will be included in the closest category/ies (for istance 0+1, or 1+2, or 2+3, etc while including cat r 0+3 or 1+3, etc is not permitted). If in casy of included categories, less than 4 fencers are present, the tournament will not take place. COMPETITION FORMULA A complete round of E.D., with matches of 10 hints divided on two round of 3 minutes each, one minute of rest in between. Only in sabre, the rest time will be given after the fifth hint by one of the two athletes. How the table of ED will be organised: The athletes will be positioned on the Table of ED on the basis of the general ranking after the first (or possible second) round of pool, taking into account all the results, even in the case of the direct elimination separated after the first pool of the included categories. The match for 3rd and 4th place will not be played: the athletes who do not win the semifinals of the Table of ED will be classified 3 rd ex-aequo. PRIZES The first 4 classified of any category will be awarded a prize. ****** Subject n. 3: AMIS application agonistic season Those people interested in applying o renewing of the memberships at the AMIS - Associazione Italiana Master Scherma can do it at the venue of the 1st Event of the National Veterans Circuit of Busto Arsizio, paying the fee of 15,00, and delivering the following form entirely filled-in and signed, to the Secretary officer of AMIS.
