3 VITAMINAS against stress, depression, anxiety, allergies, insecurity, impotence, inertia, distress, solitude The project is a collaboration between the choreographer María Casares González and the fashion stylist Alexandra Surugiu. Alexandra s collection is inspired by Vitamins as substance giving well-being. Parts of her collection are costumes of the pièce. For the choreography, María Casares González and Laureline Mejean have reflected regarding the relation between movements and emotions. Are there movements both involuntary movements we execute in daily life. both small movement rituals consciously chosen that enhance wellbeing? Which ones can have a positive perceptible effect on our emotional state? How movement can become a tool to cultivate happiness? How the movement observed can also being a source of happiness for the viewer? A library, the Vitaminas Online Library, is part of the project. It collects videos by different people who share their secrets movements, the movements that let them feel good. 3

13 Press review Vitaminas DI DANIELA ZACCONI TEATRO - DANZA Lunedì 19 marzo al PimOff la spagnola María Casares González presenta la performance che chiude la sua settimana di residenza al PimOff: un progetto coreografico ideato con Alexandra Surugiu e portato in scena con Laureline Mejean che si interroga sulla relazione tra movimento ed emozioni in una ricerca che punta al benessere psicofisico dell'esecutore e del pubblico. 13

Vitamine contro lo stress, contro la stanchezza, contro la depressione, contro l ansia, contro le allergie, contro l insicurezza, contro l impotenza, contro l inerzia, contro la sofferenza, contro la solitudine. Ci sono movimenti, anche involontari, della vita quotidiana, piccoli rituali, che possono generare effetti positivi sul nostro stato emotivo? Come coltivare la felicità attraverso questi movimenti?
