27 INFORMAZIONI TECNICHE TECHNICAL INFORMATION IL GRES CERAMICO A TUTTA MASSA AD ALTA-RESISTENZA Il gres è un prodotto ceramico che deriva da una tecnologia estremamente avanzata. Le argille, selezionate e sinterizzate, gli smalti speciali utilizzati e l alta temperatura di cottura aggiungono alla bellezza delle superfici un elevata resistenza. Il risultato produce collezioni ceramiche belle e durature, resistenti a gradi elevati di calpestio, abrasione, flessione ed attacchi del gelo. Pensate per diverse destinazioni d uso, sia pubblico che privato, sia per interni che per esterni, coniugano forza e bellezza in una perfetta sintesi. GLAZED PORCELAIN FULL BODY STONEWARE Porcelain stoneware is a state of the art ceramic product. Selected and sinterized clays, special glazed and high fi ring temperature simply make a highly resistant surface beautiful. CONSIGLI DI POSA INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAYING Per una corretta esecuzione dei lavori, si consiglia una posa di almeno 2 mm di fuga. Negli ambienti di grande dimensione è assolutamente necessario posizionare dei giunti di dilatazione con regolarità; mentre, per i piccoli ambienti è sufficiente lasciare un leggero stacco fra piastrellato e muri perimetrali. Sarà poi il battiscopa a coprire lo stacco dando un aspetto di finitura. Si rimanda comunque ai consigli/suggerimenti del progettista o direttore di cantiere. Per l utilizzo di stucchi epossidici, aggiunte di resine o simili, si consiglia una preventiva prova reale di pulizia. Per una maggiore valenza estetica, suggeriamo l utilizzo di stucchi in cadenza di colore con la piastrella onde ridurre il contrasto (es. piastrella bianca stucco nero). Dopo la stuccatura delle piastrelle in gres porcellanato è importante, a stucco ancora fresco, rimuovere immediatamente in modo accurato con spugna ed abbondante acqua lo stucco in eccesso. È comunque indispensabile, alcuni giorni dopo la posa, effettuare la pulizia di fondo mediante l utilizzo di acidi tamponati al fine di sciogliere ed asportare completamente tutti i residui di cantiere. Per togliere la cera a protezione si consiglia l utilizzo di prodotti specifici, vedi deceranti abitualmente in commercio e/o acqua calda. For better appearance, we suggest using grouts in a shade matching the colour of the tile in order to reduce contrast (e.g. white tile and black grout). After you have grouted tiles in porcelain stoneware, while the grout is still fresh, it is important, to immediately and carefully remove excess grout, with a sponge and plenty of water. However, several days after laying, it is necessary to clean thoroughly by means of buffered acids in order to dissolve and fully remove site residues.
