2 Ipianti sospesi Prosyste I PROFILI PROFILES Prosyste light cranes The odular syste, quick to create and asseble, includes 3 profiles sized, and 260, with a capacity ranging fro to 0, depending on the span and a variety of alternatives ethods of fastening to the support structures. The profiles are cold bent and extreely rigid. The profile closed shape allows keeping the interior clean fro dust. The friction coefficient, which is about 1% of the load, the high quality of aterials used, the use of special nylon wheels on trolleys provide aneuverability and quiet operation of the plant. Profiles are in yellow, RAL 1007, powder coated and ipact resistant. Bridge sliding along the runways is anually operated through trolleys with nylon wheels to iniize noise; the friction coefficient, about 1% of the load to be oved, guarantees easy handling of the plant. Upon request, the bridge or hoist trolleys can be supplied with an electrical driver, generally used in case of long spans. When the required span is considerable, the bridges are supplied with special rigid supports to ensure an optial sliding along the runways that ensure sooth oveent. Quando lo scartaento richiesto è notevole, i ponti vengono forniti con appositi supporti rigidi per garantire uno scorriento ottiale lungo le vie di corsa, senza ipuntaenti. 10 Ipianti sospesi Prosyste STRUTTURE DI SUPPORTO FREE STANDINGS - SUPPORT FRAMES Prosyste light cranes Whenever the systes cannot be fastened to existing supports, it is possible to ipleent self-supporting etal structures anchored to the floor through cheical anchors. The anufacturing of the support structures is always tailored-ade, whenever appropriate, spacer bars and diagonal supports to stiffen properly the structure are also supplied. The etal support structures are usually anufactured in such a way to allow the installation exclusively through bolted joints, without having to weld coponents in place. Nei casi in cui non è possibile fissare gli ipianti a sostegni già esistenti, è possibile realizzare strutture etalliche autoportanti ancorate a paviento ediante ancoranti chiici. La costruzione delle strutture di sostegno viene sepre effettuata su isura, ove necessario vengono fornite anche barre distanziatrici e supporti diagonali per irrigidire opportunaente la struttura. Le strutture etalliche di supporto vengono generalente realizzate in odo tale da consentire il ontaggio esclusivaente ediante giunzioni ibullonate senza dover saldare alcun coponente in opera. All the coponents used on the power supply systes, using both cable and arored cable, are produced by first quality anufacturers in order to optiize the perforance and efficiency of the syste. Festoon with flat cable The ost coon syste for siple bridge or onorails plants consists of trolleys equipped with two wheels and guide rollers anufactured to slide easily within the bearing profile. The kit includes a flae retardant flat cable that enables optial collection of trolleys, a fixed pressure saddle that allows the fastening of the cable at the start of the line so that the oveent of the hoist does not over-tighten the cable and for each bridge the junction box to connect the bridge line to those of the travel ways. Arored open supply syste It is a supply syste with copper conductors vertically aligned on the side of the profile, the trolley supplying the current is anufactured of independent telescopic sliding block easily replaceable in case of aintenance.
