8 TERMOCAMINI Termocamini Serie L Il termocamino serie L, frutto di anni di ricerca e sperimentazioni, rappresenta il modello più innovativo della gamma Moretti per il riscaldamento e la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria. La particolare costruzione dello scambiatore, costituito da deflettori, permette di recuperare il massimo calore sprigionato dalla legna; in questo modo, oltre a garantire il rispetto dell ambiente, risulta anche particolarmente economico essendo ancora oggi la legna una delle fonti energetiche più convenienti. I deflettori a bagno d acqua, per aumentare il riscaldamento, creano un percorso obbligato ai fumi; hanno inoltre la caratteristica di semplificare la pulizia e l eliminazione delle incrostazioni di creosoto che riducono il rendimento. Quando la porta viene chiusa, agisce in modo meccanico sulla valvola fumi che, chiudendosi, aumenta notevolmente la temperatura interna e fa lavorare al minimo la caldaia. La porta, oltre al sistema basculante, può aprirsi lateralmente per facilitare la pulizia del vetro. L acqua calda sanitaria viene prodotta tramite una serpentina di rame, posizionata nella parte superiore della caldaia. La centralina digitale di comando (optional) registra la temperatura dell acqua in caldaia visualizzandola sul display e permette la partenza del circolatore. Tutte le nostre caldaie sono predisposte per il sistema di caricamento automatico (permette di bruciare combustibili triti). Kit Moretti Solutions Il termocamino serie L, su richiesta, può essere corredato di un kit speciale (kit moretti solution) che semplifica il montaggio da parte dell idraulico. Il kit completo comprende: uno scambiatore per il riscaldamento, un circolatore per il circuito secondario, un vaso di espansione zincato da 30 litri, una valvola di sicurezza a 3 bar, un vaso espansione chiuso e tutti i collegamenti idraulici. Il kit viene posizionato nella parte alta del termocamino, come si può vedere nella foto, per rendere più semplice ogni tipo di assistenza e di installazione. L Series Boiler Fireplace The L series of Boiler Fireplaces is the fruit of years of research and experimentation and represents the most innovative peak product in the MORETTI catalogue for heating and the production of clean domestic hot water. The particular construction of the exchanger by means of deflectors - permits the maximum amount of heat to be utilised from the wood. This is good both for the environment as well as for your wallet - with wood still being one of the most economical sources of energy. The water bath reflectors increase the heating and create a obligatory path for the smoke. This makes the system easy to clean and eliminates the build up of creosote which could otherwise reduce efficiency. The sliding door mechanism perfectly regulates the pull of the boiler and therefore the heat generated. When the door is closed, an internal mechanical system interacts with the smoke which - being in a closed environment - increases the internal temperature notably and therefore means less work for the boiler. The door can also be opened laterally, making it easier to clean the glass. The domestic hot water is produced through a copper coil which is positioned in the upper portion of the boiler. The optional digital control unit registers the temperature of the water in the boiler and actives the circulation device. All MORETTI boilers feature the automatic loading system as standard (which allows the burning of ground combustibles). Kit Moretti Solutions The L Series of Boiler Fireplaces can - on request - be fitted with a special kit (Moretti solution kit) which simplifies the set-up of the hydraulic section. The complete kit includes an exchanger heating, one circulation device for the secondary circuit, a 30 litre zinc coated expansion vase, a 3 bar safety valve, a closed expansion vase and all of the necessary hydraulic connections.
