Il lavaggio a passaggio per performance di altissimo livello L'impianto modello rappresenta la soluzione migliore per il lavaggio di flotte di bus. La sua principale caratteristica consiste nel poter lavare i mezzi a ciclo continuo essendo in grado di funzionale in modo totalmente automatico. In entrata impianto è posto un semaforo che segnala al manovratore la possibilità di accedere al lavaggio, attivandosi automaticamente tramite fotocellule, nel momento in cui il mezzo entra nell'impianto. La posizione di apertura e chiusura delle spazzole è comandata da PLC, corredato di apposito software. La configurazione standard dell impianto comprende 4 spazzole verticali, ma può anche essere corredato, opzionalmente, di una o due, spazzole orizzontali con regolazione costante della pressione mediante contrappeso, che agiscono limitatamente alla parte superiore del bus. Ulteriori optional possono essere rappresentati da una coppia di mezze spazzole verticali, per una pulizia ancora più accurata delle parti basse del bus, e da un sistema di asciugatura composto da ventole oscillanti poste nella parte superiore della struttura dell impianto, in uscita, e/o da un ulteriore sistema di asciugatura dei vetri del bus, con ventole fisse montate lateralmente. The equipment model, the drive-through washing system for higher performance standards The model is the most suited approach for the washing of fleets of buses. Its main feature is the one of being capable of washing continuously vehicles, one after the other, as it operates fully automated. A traffic light, positioned at the wash equipment entrance side, enables the bus driver to start driving through the model, which starts automatically the washing sequence, thanks to its photo eye s vehicle detecting device. The opening aside/closing toward the bus body of the brushes is PLC controlled, operating custom tailored software programs. As standard, the model features 4 vertical brushes, but optionally, such a model can also feature 1, or 2, top brush/es, counterweight operated, which are solely meant to wash the bus roof part. Model further optional items can be the rocker panels brushes, meant to enhance the wash quality of the bus body lower parts, and a drying system, consisting of 4 oscillating blowers mounted on the system s upper metal frame, at the exit side, and/or 2 side fixed blowers, for side windows drying.
