Qualora il richiedente sia lavoratore autonomo o free-lance: documenti comprovanti l attività professionale. Insurance Notes: for short-stay Schengen visas, insurance must be valid for the whole Schengen area. The insurance must cover medical fees, hospitalization and repatriation costs up to 30,000 euros. The insurance must fully cover the whole period of stay within the Schengen area. Letter of authorization for visa application/passport return (in case applicant does not submit application in person, according to art. 10 and 13 of the Visa Code) Notes: For those who choose to submit visa application by a representative, it is mandatory to provide a letter of authorization, signed by the applicant, mentioning the name of the representative and his/her contacts.
