Party B shall strictly abide by Party A's relevant electrical safety and related safety management rules and regulations during installation or use. Except for lighting, no electrical equipment (including, but not limited to: dryer, hair dryer, warmer, humidifier, etc.) shall be used in the site. Party A shall, depending on the operating status of the equipment pipelines in the site, determine whether Party B needs to store up a spare key at Party A's place. In case of emergency or rescue needs, and in the absence of a spare key, Party A has the right to directly break into the door (but Party A must inform Party B to go to the site to deal with it at the first time or at the same time); 6. If Party B's articles are damaged due to the failure of Party A's facilities and equipment, Party A shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation. Party B shall not be liable for damage to Party B's items caused by other reasons (natural disasters, irresistible factors). 7.
