La missione dell'assessorato Agricoltura della Regione Campania è quella del coordinamento della gestione e del controllo delle politiche di sviluppo e di sostegno del settore agricolo regionale, volte a promuovere l'ammodernamento e l'innalzamento dei livelli di competitività delle aziende agricole, forestali e del comparto della pesca, in sintonia con la tutela e la valorizzazione degli ambienti fisiconaturali e con la salvaguardia ed il recupero del patrimonio di biodiversità. Inoltre svolge azioni di promozione, consulenza, informazione e formazione a beneficio degli operatori agricoli, forestali e del settore della pesca e dei consumatori presenti sul territorio regionale.

D1 Project website Indicators of progress Appearance of Project website in the web (2 dicembre 2013). An apposite and suitable section of the Website framework will be dedicated to the indicators of progress of the project activities. Monthly updates (reporting project progress) are provided. The number of contacts that will approach the Website will represent a useful indicator of the progress of the action. The Website will be steady updated with the produced reports and with the list of events and milestones expected with the evolvement of the project.
D2 Life+ notice boards, project leaflets, informative technical reports Minimum 6 boards (one for each beneficiary) plus some boards to be placed in the exhibition and side events. Approximately 400 copies for each version of leaflets and technical reports. In particular will be prepared three versions of leaflets distributed as follows: 1. a first version containing a general presentation, to be used in the first phases of project 2. a second version containing more technical details 3. a third version with preliminary conclusions on environmental, agronomic and practical sustainability of proposed techniques, arising from monitoring
D2 Life+ notice boards, project leaflets, informative technical reports Two informative technical reports (one produced at mid term and the other at then end of the project) will contain in extend so information reported in leaflets with the results and the progress achieved by the project on the target topics The target of this action are farmers, technicians, agronomists, civil servants, students and all people working in agriculture. Indicators of progress Minimum 6 boards (one for each beneficiary) plus some boards to be placed in the exhibition and side events. D3 Press Conferences and workshop/demonstration days (to farmers, technicians, national and regional institution) The press conferences will concern the initial presentation of the LIFE+ and will be organized after the set up of farm sites. A series of workshops (minimum three per region), concerning the main aspects of the project, will be conducted in the regions involved in the project, from the second to the fouth year. When possible the farm sites will host the demonstration events. Beneficiary responsible for implementation: REGBAS Responsibilities in case several beneficiaries are implicated: REGBAS, CERMANU, REGCAMP, AGROASELVIT, UNIBAS and CRAORT will share the responsibility for action implementation

D3 Press Conferences and workshop/demonstration days (to farmers, technicians, national and regional institution) Con Decreto Regionale n. 133 del 05 maggio 2015 è stata asseganata al Servizio Territoriale Provinciale di Salerno (della DG Politiche Agricole) la somma di 53.500,00 euro per la realizzazione, prevista dal progetto a carico dell Amministrazione regionale, di eventi informativi (form F3 External assistance); del Layman s report (form F6 Consumables), e per l acquisto di Overheads. È stata avviata la gara per la realizzazione degli eventi informativi (convegni, workshop e seminari tecnici) del progetto LIFE CARBONFARM attraverso il Mercato Elettronico della Pubblica Amministrazione. L aperta delle offerte avverrà il 1 dicembre 2015
D3 Press Conferences and workshop/demonstration days (to farmers, technicians, national and regional institution) Nell'ambito della azione D.3 si manifesta la necessità di assicurare una maggiora capacità organizzativa e operativa ai workshop e alle giornate dimostrative previste, nonché un maggior coinvolgimento degli enti pubblici e delle organizzazioni di categoria agricole e degli operatori, soprattutto in sede locale (provincia di Salerno). Si chiederà di aggiungere al personale della Regione Campania già attivo (3 unità), a partire dal 1 gennaio 2016, il funzionario Paolo D'Agostino (livello funzionale D6 daily rate 274 euro), attualmente in forza presso il Settore Territoriale Provinciale di Salerno (UOD19) della DG Politiche Agricole, con il ruolo di supporto alle attività di comunicazione e diffusione (azione D.3 workshop/demonstration days) in sede locale.
