HEP confirmed all internal tests would be no problem for the minimum load specified in product spec sheet. As the test result with our dier list may be influenced by different specs or brands from customer side, the flickering probably will be happened in case or probably not. If customer tested LMTxxxZ with HEP dier list and module less than.5 or down to minimum load specified in product spec sheet, the flickering did not happen and the compatibility should be no problem. If flickering was observed, three solutions were advised for customer; 1. Raise loads up to.5 for LMTxxxZ 2. hange the selected dier with other types of dier from our dier compatibility list; 3. Replace the selected module with other specs or brands 4. In case all the above methods are not workable, please contact HEP sales for possible solution.
