LA MATERIA PRIMA Le reti TENAX per l industria sono prodotte dalla lavorazione di poliolefine. Vantano un ottima resistenza nei confronti di quasi tutte le sostanze chimiche oltre che di microrganismi quali spore, muffe e batteri. Pur appartenendo alla stessa famiglia, esistono diverse classi di polimeri che differiscono tra loro per alcuni aspetti peculiari. La scelta di un polimero piuttosto che un altro, in combinazione con il processo produttivo utilizzato, darà come risultato finale una rete particolarmente adatta per un certo utilizzo. RAW MATERIAL TENAX nets for industry are produced by polyolefin, which grants a very good resistance against almost all chemicals and even micro-organisms as spores, moulds and bacteria. Even if they belong to the same family, there are several polymer classes which differ among them in some peculiar features. To choose a polymer instead of another, together with the right operating process, will offer an especially suitable net for a specific use. Polipropilene omopolimero Resistenza a trazione: 31.000 KPa Temperatura max di utilizzo: 130 C Temperatura di fusione: 170 C Elongazione: 200% Pur dotato di buone caratteristiche di leggerezza, è molto resistente agli agenti chimici e gode di ottime doti meccaniche. È anche molto resistente alle alte temperature. Viene utilizzato soprattutto per reti bi-orientate. Polipropilene copolimero Resistenza a trazione: 27.500 KPa Temperatura max di utilizzo: 120 C Temperatura di fusione: 160 C Proprietà meccaniche paragonabili a quelle del polipropilene omopolimero ma più morbido e leggermente più resistente alle basse temperature. Homopolymer polypropylene Tensile strength: 31.000 KPa Max operating temperature: 130 C Melting temperature: 170 C Elongation: 200% Even if this material is very light, it is highly resistant to chemicals and it has very good mechanical features. It is very resistant to high temperature. It is mainly used to produce bi-oriented nets. Copolymer polypropylene Tensile strength: 27.500 KPa Max operating temperature: 120 C Melting temperature: 160 C Mechanical features can be compared to the ones of polypropylene omopolymer but it is softer and slightly more resistant to low temperature. Polietilene a bassa densità Temperatura min di utilizzo: 00 C Temperatura di fusione: 104-114 C Caratterizzato da particolare morbidezza, viene usato soprattutto per reti di protezione meccanica. È molto resistente alle basse temperature. Polietilene ad alta densità Resistenza a trazione: 25-40 MPa Temperatura max di utilizzo: 110 C Temperatura min di utilizzo: 00 C Temperatura di fusione: 135 C Vanta un ottima resistenza chimica ed eccezionali proprietà meccaniche. È il polietilene che meglio sopporta le basse e le alte temperature. Utilizzato sia per reti estruse che monorientate. Low density polyethylene Min operating temperature: 00 C Melting temperature: 104-114 C It is particularly soft and it is used for those nets for mechanical protection. It is highly resistant to low temperature. L impiego della rete come distanziatore tra le pieghe del media filtrante impedisce il loro contatto, mantenendo canali di passaggio ed evitando quindi una diminuzione delle performances del filtro. Mono and bi-oriented nettings with rhomboidal mesh used as support and pleating of media filters. The use of the net as a spacer among the pleats of media filter prevents them any contact, by keeping space and avoiding then a reduction of the filter performances. La sostituzione delle reti di metallo può significare cartucce inceneribili al termine del loro utilizzo, evitando onerose operazioni di smontaggio e separazione dei filtri in singole parti. Reti tubolari elastiche, semirigide, gabbie tubolari ma soprattutto reti piane: sono tutte soluzioni facilmente adottabili in diversi processi industriali, grazie alla perfetta integrazione dei materiali con la tecnologia di saldatura ad ultrasuoni o saldatura plastica.
