BASIC. 1BA5013 1BA5014 I componenti sono realizzati in lamiera di acciaio con spessore 1 mm e uniti tramite saldatura per punti. Il corpo è creato in modo tale da avere il top a vista di 12 mm e i cassetti frontali su fronte, la schiena presenta un profilo perimetrale di 10 mm. La cassettiera ha un corpo caratterizzato da una serie di predisposizioni per le personalizzazioni interne. I fianchi ed il cappello sono realizzati in un unico pezzo, saldato al fondo e poi unito alla schiena. Tutti gli spigoli sono arrotondati, curando in modo particolare quelli a vista. Sul fondo sono state create delle sedi per l alloggiamento della piastra di supporto delle ruote; l ancoraggio è garantito da un sistema di aggancio tramite bugnature. Nelle omega interne della struttura sono state create delle apposite sedi per il montaggio delle guide a rullo che fungono anche da ancoraggio del sistema d interblocco. Per eliminare il rumore del cassetto durante la chiusura sono stati applicati dei gommini sui frontali dei cassetti. Finitura esterna: verniciato a polvere epossipoliestere. The body has an edge of 12 mm and features front drawers. The pedestal s back has an edge of 10 mm instead. The pedestal s body offers a variety of storage customisation capabilities. The sides and top are made in a single piece that is welded at the bottom and then joined to the back. All edges are rounded, with particular care being taken with those in view. On both sides there are 10 holes 7 mm Ø near the top, which were specifically included for fixing the various standing supports when necessary. Seatings have been created in the bottom for housing the support plate for the wheels/castors. Fixing is done by means of an indentation system. Specific seatings have also been created in the structure for fitting the roller guides that also act as fixings for the interlocking system. To help reduce the noise when closing the drawer, a black neoprene gasket is fitted on the front drawer panel. External finish: polyester epoxy powder coating. BASIC. 1BA5013 1BA5014 Serratura con cilindro estraibile dotato di una chiave pieghevole (con logo Tecno sul cappuccio in plastica nera) ed una fissa; possibilità di master key. Montaggio sul frontale avviene tramite una vite autofilettante UNI6955 2.9x13 mm. La serratura viene utilizzata anche sui contenitori della serie Basic e Pareti attrezzate Tecno, pertanto è possibile richiedere una sola chiave maestro per tutti i contenitori o personalizzare le cifrature Lock with extractable cylinder with one fold-away key (with the Tecno logo on the top in black plastic) and a fixed key - master keying possible. Fixed to the front drawer panel by a self-threading 2.9x13 mm screw and UNI 6955 compliant. The lock is also used on Basic and Wall-mounted Tecno ranges, and so a single master key can be requested for all the cabinets, or keying can be customised.
