La storia del nostro paese è piena di episodi come questo. Questa storia però continua ancora oggi. È cominciata nel 1940, quando un giovane con grande spirito d avventura e coraggio, Domenico Valentini, vendeva il gelato da lui prodotto, nelle feste paesane. Anche la moglie fu contagiata da questa passione e insieme a lei cominciarono a produrre cioccolato in un scantinato, utilizzando vecchi macchinari acquistati d occasione. Con il suo vecchio furgone Domenico percorreva l Italia da nord a sud e tornava al paese solo quando tutta la produzione era stata venduta. Da quei giorni, per tre generazioni, la produzione del cioccolato non si è mai fermata. Oggi, figli e nipoti di Domenico continuano il suo sogno. La gamma dei prodotti si arricchisce ogni giorno di nuove dolcezze che nascono dalle ricette artigianali che Domenico ha tramandato.
