CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE E TECNICHE GELATERIA SPX SPX ICE CREAM DISPLAY CASE TECHNICAL AND PRODUCING FEATURES SPX è una vetrina gelato progettata per la libera installazione ed è prevista solo nelle versioni lineari Scocca monoblocco con spessore minimo di mm, schiumata con poliuretano iniettato a bassa densità (40Kg/m 3 ), rivestita esternamente in acciaio inox AISI 304 finitura lucida ed internamente in acciaio inox 2 B Piano lavoro schiumato con poliuretano iniettato a bassa densità (40Kg/m 3 ) e rivestito in acciaio AISI 304 finitura lucida Fianchi laterali esterni sagomati, in poliuretano iniettato ad alta densità 0/Kg m 3, con finitura grezza e spessore mm Fianchi esterni superiori in vetro stratificato riscaldato La struttura superiore è con vetri autoportanti Frontale vetro apribile verso il basso Il frontale è costituito da un vetro spessore 6 mm temperato secondo le normative di sicurezza Chiusura posteriore con ante scorrevoli in plexiglas o con tendine optional Elementi per esposizione gelato caratterizzati dalla possibilità di inserire su doppia fila vaschette di diverse dimensioni che poggiano su carter longitudinali posteriori ed anteriori, su un tubo di sostegno centrale L ampia capacità espositiva prevede che si possano inserire vaschette da mm 360x165 o da mm 360x2 Il piano espositivo è inclinato di 9 per ottimizzare la visione del gelato L impianto di refrigerazione (temperatura 14/18 C ) ventilato con circolazione d aria è a mandata unica SPX è disponibile nelle configurazioni con 1 evaporatore (lato operatore A) e 2 evaporatori (lato operatore A; lato cliente B) La seconda configurazione è studiata per garantire alla vetrina una maggiore autonomia di ore di lavoro continuo Vasca evapora condensa e resistenza elettrica Struttura dotata di unità condensatrice con doppia ventola di cui la seconda pressostatata che si traduce in meno calore e meno rumore per l operatore La fine dello sbrinamento avviene tramite una sonda: durante la fase dello sbrinamento la sonda spegne il compressore Il modulo può avere due settori (9+9 ; 9+9) con temperatura differenziataprove effettuate con classe climatica 35 C /60% UR Impianto refrigerante con sbrinamento rapido, automatico a gas caldo o inversione di ciclo, può essere a scelta con uno o due evaporatori Sistema anticondensa vetrino frontale in vetro camera per il contenimento del freddo L unità condensatrice, se prevista, è posta in un apposito vano su un basamento in metallo e scorrevole su guide per una facile estrazione ed è protetta da una griglia in acciaio inox AISI 304 finitura lucida Ogni elemento è dotato di un quadro comandi elettronico posto sotto il piano lavoro, comodo per l operatore, per la gestione dell impianto refrigerante ed elettrico Un display digitale collegato evidenzia la temperatura anche al lato cliente Sulla base di ogni elemento è posizionata una canaletta in acciaio inox AISI 304 finitura lucida per battuta pedana: la canaletta è progettata in modo tale che l operatore quando necessita di accedere al quadro elettrico o al motore non deve togliere l eventuale pedana La griglia espulsione aria frontale e laterale è composta da quattro profili in alluminio collegati tra loro da due montanti verticali Il profilo sottostante della griglia è disponibile in sola versione alluminio Nella versione NUC () la griglia di areazione è optional Eventuale applicazione di ruote pivotanti fino a cm 210 Nella progettazione è stata posta massima attenzione alla pulizia e all igiene SPX is an icecream display case designed for a freestanding installation and comes only in the linear unit version Monobloc foam structure insulated mm minimum thick with low density injected polyurethane (40 kg/m 3 ), exterior in AISI 304 stainless steel with polished finish and interior in stainless steel with 2 B finish Worktop in low density polyurethane foam (40 kg/m 3 ) and coated with AISI 304 stainless steel with polished finish External, shaped, side panels in high density polyurethane foam (0 kg/m 3 ), without decorative finish, 25 mm thick External, upper, side panels in laminated and heated glass The upper frame is made of selfsupporting glass panels Drop glass front The front is made of 6 mm thick glass toughened according to the safety standards Rear closure by Plexiglas sliding doors or by blinds (optional) Elements to display icecreams, characterised by the possibility to fit tubs of different sizes in a double row The tubs are placed on lengthwise front and back supports, over a central supporting tube This showcase has a wide display capacity to fit in tubs measuring 360x165 mm or 360x2 mm The display shelf is 9 inclined to optimise the icecream visibility The refrigerating system (temperature 14/18 C ) is ventilated through air circulation with a single airflow SPX is available in the configurations with 1 evaporator (operator s side A) and 2 evaporators (operator s side A; customer s side B) The second configuration has been devised to guarantee greater, selfcontained and continuous working hours to the display case Condensate evaporation tank and resistor Condensing unit with two fans where the second fan is controlled by a pressure switch: this means less heat and noise for the operator The end of defrosting is controlled by a feeler: during the defrosting phase, the feeler turns the compressor off The unit measuring cm may have two sections (9+9 ; 9+9) with differentiated temperature Tested under 35 C climatic class / 60% RH Refrigeration system with automatic, quick defrosting by hot gas or reverse cycle, with one or two evaporators, on choice Anticondensate system with internal doubleglazed guard for cold containment The condensing unit, where fitted, is located in a special compartment on a metal base with sliding guides for an easier extraction and is protected by an AISI 304 stainless steel grill with polished finish Each unit is fitted with an electronic control panel located under the worktop, within easy reach of the operator, to control the refrigerating and electrical system A digital display connected to the system shows the temperature also on the customer s side A plastic coated metal plinth is placed at the base of each unit and serves as a footboard stop: this metal plinth has been devised to allow the operator to access the electric switchboard or the motor without the need to remove the footboard The air outlet side and front grill is made of 4 aluminium profiles connected by two vertical uprights The profile under the grill is available only in the aluminium version In the NUC (without condensing unit) version, the ventilation front grill comes as an optional Pivoting castors may be fitted up to 210 cm Our Engineers put the greatest attention to hygiene and cleanliness in planning our units 245 330 115 59 9 SPX
