400 g di fusilli 2 cucchiaini di limone una presa di sale 1/2 tazza di parmigiano grattuggiato 80 ml di olio extra vergine d oliva Lessate la pasta e scolatela. Mettete il limone e il parmigiano in un mixer e tritate fino a che il composto assuma una consistenza liscia. Con il frullatore acceso, aggiungete l olio di oliva fino a raggiungere una salsa perfetta. Incorporate la salsa ai fusilli e mescolate. Servite immediatamente con parmigiano. Per 4 persone. 400 g fusilli pasta 2 coffee spoons of lemon salt q.b. 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese 80 ml of olive oil extra vergine Cook the pasta and strain it. Put the lemon together with the cheese in blender and mix until they become a smooth substance. Without switching off the mixer, add olive oil in order to obtain a perfect sauce. Put the sauce on top of the fusilli and stir it. Serve the pasta immediately with parmesan cheese. For 4 persons. everithing is ready... at table!!
