DGA ha progettato e realizzato i corpi illuminanti garantendo il Made in Italy dell intero processo grazie alla capacità di produrre, al proprio interno, ogni componente degli apparecchi. Questi apparecchi ad alta efficienza da 18000 lumen in uscita, costituiti da un solido corpo in alluminio, possono essere facilmente impiegati nell illuminazione di vaste aree garantendo il minimo ingombro. Pegaso series floodlights have been created for the project New light for Ponte Vecchio with the purpose to upgrade the lighting of Ponte Vecchio in Florence to the appropriate use of the new LED technologies in order to improve the quality of the light and to guarantee a drastic cut down on its energy consumption and maintenance cost of the structure. Thanks to its know-how, DGA designed and manufactured the fixtures with the guarantee of the Made in Italy all along the production cycle: DGA, in fact, produces all the fixtures components internally. These hi efficacy fittings are entirely aluminum solid machined and emit a 18000. Also, they can be easily used for the enlightening of extended areas with the minimum amount of space. Proiettore orientabile idoneo per l illuminazione architetturale. È dotato della tecnologia DGA Cooler Max un sistema di dissipazione aggiuntivo che contribuisce alla dissipazione del calore emesso che ne aumenta la durata di vita e l affidabilità. Il proiettore è munito di staffa orientabile a 355 sull asse verticale e +/- sull asse d orientamento orizzontale. Grazie al sistema di bloccaggio meccanico del puntamento garantisce maggior controllo della luce emessa. La struttura è realizzata in alluminio lavorato da pieno su tornio a controllo numerico CNC, e la superficie è rifinita con smerigliatura a fine, immersa in bagno galvanico per potenziare la resistenza agli agenti atmosferici e all invecchiamento nel tempo. Il corpo illuminante è a tenuta stagna, completamente impermeabile all acqua e con un grado di protezione IP67. Adjustable spotlights suitable for the architectural lighting. Pegaso is supplied with DGA Cooler Max technology an additional dissipation system which improves the dissipation of the heat emitted which assures the product life span and reliability. The stake of the fixture is 355 adjustable on the vertical axis and more or less adjustable on the horizontal plane. Thanks to the mechanical locking system of the fixture pointing, Pegaso guarantees a higher light control. The stricture is supplied through C.N.C. machined from solid billet aluminum, and the surface is finished with grinding at end (???) and dipped into galvanising baths in order to improve the fixture hardness and weather resistance. Pegaso is entirely waterproof, watertight and manufactured with IP67 rate.

10 I proiettori Pegaso sono stati utilizzati dalla DGA per l illuminazione di Ponte Vecchio, uno dei simboli della città di Firenze, visitato tutto l anno da migliaia di turisti provenienti da tutte le parti del mondo. Un progetto ambizioso, sviluppato in collaborazione con il prof. Massimo Ruffilli dell Università degli Studi di Firenze e la partnership di importanti aziende. DGA ha curato la progettazione di questi apparecchi di altissima qualità e tecnologia in grado di operare in condizioni di lavoro estreme, complessità di installazione, resistenza alle intemperie e ingombro minimo sono state le principali difficoltà affrontate in fase di progettazione. DGA designed and manufactured Pegaso projectors for the lightening of Ponte Vecchio, one of the most important symbols of the city of Florence, visited all year by thousands of tourists coming from all around the world. A very ambitious project, developed in cooperation with the University of Florence and the partnership of important international companies. DGA looked after the fixtures realization for this project assuring its highest quality and the most innovative technology used. Pegaso series, in fact, is suitable to work in extreme installation sites and weather conditions, with the minimum amount of space.
