CARATTERISTICHE FEATURES Costruzione modulare compatta che consente la configurazione in due grandezze, 78 e 102, con capacità da 24 a 42 posti utensili. Carrelli porta pinza autotrainanti, completi di pattini antifrizione e perni folli a rullini che scorrono in una guida indurita. Due tipi di azionamento: o con riduttore di precisione a gioco zero e motore brushless (*) o con riduttore ad ingranaggi e motore autofrenante asincrono trifase controllato da inverter Due tipi di pinze: o in tecnopolimero o in acciaio microfuso (solo per modello 102). Sensore fotoelettrico per rilevare la presenza dell utensile nella zona di cambio. Encoder per rilevare la posizione delle pinze, nella versione con azionamento con motore asincrono. Versione base fissa oppure versione mobile, realizzata con guide lineari a ricircolazione di sfere e azionamenti di tipo idraulico, pneumatico o elettrico. Tutte le configurazioni e le applicazioni sono studiate e personalizzate per consentire la migliore integrazione con la macchina. Photoelectric sensor to detect the presence of the tool in the change area. Encoder to detect the position of the pliers, in version with asynchronous motor drive. Basic "fixed" or "mobile" version, made with recirculating-ball linear guides and driven hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically. All the configurations and applications are studied and customized to give the best integration with the machine.
