Scheda Tecnica INT/af/00 Qualità Tecniche ANTICO FERRO by Oikos è una soluzione decorativa a basso impatto ambientale che permette di donare alle superfici gli esclusivi effetti estetici del ferro. Attraverso le tecniche applicative messe a punto è possibile ricreare realistici effetti cromatici e finiture che impreziosiscono le pareti. Le texture di ANTICO FERRO possono essere applicate sia in ambientazioni di ispirazione naturale oppure in ambienti dove dominano i contrasti tra materiali spontaneamente invecchiati e prodotti del design contemporaneo. I colori e le finiture di ANTICO FERRO possono essere interpretate in modo creativo, secondo le esigenze dei progettisti, e attraverso l abilità applicativa permettono di raggiungere qualsiasi risultato decorativo, senza rinunciare a prestazioni di resistenza all abrasione, lavabilità e traspirazione. Campi d Impiego Decorazione di pareti interne. Preparazione dei Supporti Pulire la superficie da decorare asportando eventuali parti in fase di distacco. In presenza di supporti vecchi o sfarinanti si consiglia di applicare una mano di NEOFIX o CRILUX by Oikos. In caso di muri ruvidi o irregolari si consiglia di rasare la parete con STUCCO IN PASTA PER RASATURA by Oikos. Procedere successivamente all applicazione di una mano di aggrappante IL PRIMER by Oikos. Modalità di Applicazione Antico Ferro Corten: applicare una mano di SUPERCOLOR N128 diluito al 20-30% con pennello o rullo a pelo corto. Attendere l essiccazione del prodotto e quindi applicare su tutta la parete, con frattazzo in acciaio inox, una mano di NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2310 in senso verticale e immediatamente aggiungere leggere sfumature con NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2110 utilizzando il frattazzo in acciaio nella stessa direzione. Antico Ferro Battuto: applicare una mano di SUPERCOLOR N128 diluito al 20-30% con pennello o rullo a pelo corto. Attendere l essiccazione del prodotto e quindi applicare su tutta la parete, con frattazzo in acciaio inox, una mano di fondo di NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2310. Prima dell essiccazione completa ripassare con il frattazzo per rendere omogenea la superficie ed eliminare eventuali imperfezioni. Dopo aver atteso l essiccazione del prodotto applicare a pennellate incrociate, su tutta la superficie, NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2390 diluito al 10% e una piccolissima quantità, a chiazze, di NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2210 diluito al 20% con acqua. Sfumare i colori tra loro utilizzando il frattazzo in acciaio inox. Se si desidera accentuare ulteriormente l effetto di annerimento del ferro, dopo aver atteso l essicazione delle mani precedenti, applicare, a pennellate incrociate, un ulteriore mano di NF 2390, diluito al 10% lisciando immediatamente la superficie con il piatto della spatola in acciaio inox. Antico Ferro Ruggine: applicare una mano di RAFFAELLO R30 come se si dovesse rasare la parete. Ad essiccazione avvenuta, creare su tutta la superficie delle increspature ponendo piccole quantità di RAFFAELLO MADREPERLATO RMP90 sulla parte piatta del frattazzo e tamponando con essa la parete. Attendere qualche minuto per la parziale essiccazione quindi accarezzare le increspature di RMP90 col frattazzo per appiattirle. Attendere almeno 6 ore, per l essicazione totale, quindi carteggiare leggermente per togliere eventuali imperfezioni, dopodiché applicare 3 tinte di NOVALIS FERROMICACEO per realizzare l effetto ruggine. L applicazione va effettuata su una superficie ridotta (circa 1x1m per volta) tamponando la superficie con Spugna Marina (art.108) applicando in sequenza le tinte: NF 2310, NF 2110 e NF2210 e sfumandole tra loro prima dell essicazione con Spugna Sintetica (art.139) avendo cura di lasciare intravedere in alcune zone il colore di fondo. Antico Ferro Ossidato: applicare una mano di SUPERCOLOR N128 diluito al 20-30% con pennello o rullo a pelo corto. Attendere l essiccazione del prodotto e quindi applicare su tutta la parete, con frattazzo in acciaio inox, una mano di NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2110 in senso verticale. Ad essicazione avvenuta, applicare una mano di NOVALIS Smalto Opaco B 275, diluito con il 30-40% di acqua, a pennello e sfumare con Spugna Sintetica (art.139) o Guanto Imperium (art.115), creando una sorta di velatura verticale o orizzontale. Finiture e protettivi Per proteggere ANTICO FERRO decorato con NOVALIS FERROMICACEO applicare la speciale vernice trasparente protettiva IGROLUX. Technical Data Sheet INT/af/00 Technical Qualities ANTICO FERRO by Oikos is a decorative solution with a Low Environmental Impact that makes it possible to give surfaces the exclusive aesthetic effects of iron. Using the application technique that has been developed, it is possible to recreate the realistic chromatic shades and finishes of iron, enhancing and valorising wall surfaces. The textures of ANTICO FERRO can be applied both in settings with a natural theme as well as in interiors where the focus is brought onto the contrasts between spontaneously aged materials and contemporary design products. The colours and the finishes of Antico Ferro can be interpreted in various creative ways according to the requirements of the designer and the application technique used, realising a wide variety of decorative results without loosing technical performance such as resistance to abrasion, washability and vapour permeability. ANTICO FERRO by Oikos is non inflammable and friendly to both humans and the environment. For the technical characteristics, refer to the technical data sheet for the products indicated in the application cycle. Ideal Use Decoration of interior walls. Surface Preparation Clean the surface to be decorated removing any loose or crumbling material. On old or powdering surfaces, it is recommended to apply a coat of NEOFIX or CRILUX by Oikos. On rough or irregular surfaces, it is recommended that the surface be screeded first using STUCCO IN PASTA PER RASATURA by Oikos. Following this proceed to apply a coat of the fixative IL PRIMER by Oikos. Application Method Antico Ferro Corten: apply using a brush or short haired roller, one coat of SUPERCOLOR N128 diluted 20-30% with water, in vertical strokes. Wait until the product is dry and then apply over the whole wall in vertical strokes, using an inox steel trowel, one coat of NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2310 and immediately add light blends of NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2110 using the inox steel trowel with movements in the same direction. Antico Ferro Battuto: apply using a brush or short haired roller, one coat of SUPERCOLOR N128 diluted at 20-30% with water. Wait until the product dries and then using an inox steel trowel, apply over the whole surface, a first coat of NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2310. Before it completely dries, pass back over the whole surface with a trowel in order to even out the surface and eliminate any imperfections. After the product has dried, using a brush and crossing over the brushs trokes, apply NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2390 diluted 10% and a small random patches of NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2210 diluted 20%, blending the colours using an inox steel trowel. To further enhance the effect of blackened iron, after having waited for the previous coats to dry, apply a further coat of NF 2390 diluted 10% crossing over the brush strokes and immediately smoothing over the surface with the flat part of an inox sttel trowel. Antico Ferro Ruggine: apply a coat of RAFFAELLO R30 as if screeding the surface. Once dry, create rough patches over the whole surface, by dabbing small quantities of RAFFAELLO MADREPERLATO RMP90 using the flat part of the trowel. Wait a few minutes until these rough patches start to dry and then lightly flatten out the crests in the RMP90. Wait at least 6 hours for it to fully dry, sand down lightly to remove any small imperfections and after this apply three colours of NOVALIS FERROMICACEO to achieve the rust effect. The application must be carried out over a small part of the surface at a time (approximately 1 m² at a time) dabbing the surface with a Marine Sponge (art. 108) the following colours in sequence: NF 2310, NF 2110 and NF2210 and blending them among themselves using a Synthetic Sponge before they fully dry (art.139) taking care to leave areas where it is just still possible to notice the colour of the base. Antico Ferro Ossidato: apply using a brush or short haired roller, one coat of SUPERCOLOR N128 diluted 20-30%. Wait until the product has dried and then using an inox steel trowel over the whole surface, a coat of NOVALIS FERROMICACEO NF 2110 in vertical strokes. Once dry, using a brush, apply a coat of NOVALIS Matt Enamel B 275 diluted 30-40% with water and blend in the same vertical direction using a Synthetic Sponge (art. 139) or Imperium Glove (art. 115) creating a type of thin vertical or horizzontal wash effect. Finish To protect Antico Ferro decorated using NOVALIS FERROMICACEO use the special transparent, protective varnish IGROLUX.
