1. LOGIN To do the Login for LiveBox Windows Phone application go to the Login page, insert Username and Password and specify the server communicated by the administrator. After, you have to select a domain. This choice is essential if the user has more accounts on different domains. On the contrary, the choice will be optional. To complete Login session is required the insertion of 5 digits Pin. The first Pin insertion must be done on web portal and will be the same for the Windows Phone app login. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 4

2. MENU The general menu options are: Recents, Home, Mail, Network Share, File, Users, Encrypted, Trash, Settings. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 6
2.1 RECENTS Recents section allows you to check last activities related to data shared with other users. Clicking on the menu at the bottom right you can sync the page and decide whether to mark it as "read" some activities. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 7
2.2. HOME Within the Home section are listed all LiveBox files and folders. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 8
2.2.1.1. SYNCHRONIZE Clicking on the icon Synchronize on the bottom center of the Home screen it is possible to update file at the latest change. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 9
2.2.1.2 CREATE A FOLDER To create a new folder you just click on the icon on the lower part of the Home and name it. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 10
2.2.1.3 IMAGES By clicking on the icon on the lower right corner you can take a picture or upload images from the library to share on LiveBox. The photos will be placed in the folder where the user is located when performing or loading. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 11
2.2.2 MAIL The mail function allows the user to set up one or more accounts with the LiveBox portal. The user can synchronize the email account importing all the attachments that will be displayed in bold and broken down by sender. To synchronize the mail is necessary to press and hold the required mail account and enter the password that will be the same one used for the first login. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 12
WARNING: From your Windows Phone you can only view attachments and synchronize your mail account, but you cannot add and set up new accounts (this should be done by web). http://www.liveboxcloud.com 13
2.2.3 NETWORK SHARE Network share allows the access through LiveBox, to the content shared within the corporate network. With LiveBox you can set up one or more sources to take advantage of different routes. WARNING: Only the admin can set up new network share. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 14
2.3 FILE File function supplies the whole list of all data and folders shared with, by and towards the current user. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 15
2.4 USERS Clicking on Users area, it is possible to check your shares complete vision. Files will be stored in different folders organized per user. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 16
2.5 ENCRYPTED Clicking on Encrypted it is possible to visualize all the encrypted files. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 17
2.6 TRASH Within Trash are stored deleted data. By clicking the trash icon you can decide whether to permanently delete the files stored in this section. To retrieve a file deleted you need to go in the Trash section make a long press on the selected file and click "Restore". 2.7 SETTINGS Clicking on Settings, you will get a screen that indicates the functions relating to Accounts, Logout, Help, EULA and version http://www.liveboxcloud.com 19
2.9.1 ACCOUNT Within the settings, the area reserved to the Account, shows the user's credentials as Name, Email, Space and Server set up. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 20
2.9.2 LOGOUT Clicking on Logout you can exit and return to the home screen to login again. 2.7.3 HELP With Help, you access to the email accounts set up on your smartphone. 2.7.4 LICENSE AGREEMENT Clicking on the License Agreement you will open a screen in which there are the general conditions relating to the Software License Agreement. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 21
3 FEATURE Through a long press on one of the elements in the list you can view and select one of the operations to perform the document. 3.1 MENU OPTIONS Clicking on Rename you can rename the file. Clicking on Copy you can copy a file that can be pasted inside a folder. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 22
Clicking on Move you can Cut and Paste the selected file. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 23
To share a file, click on Sharing. It will get a screen that allows you to share files by typing the selected username or group and assign permissions to read / write. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 24
At any time through the long press on the selected file, you can change the permissions or delete the share. Clicking Delete on a file, it is automatically moved to the Trash. For features related to the Trash go to Par. 1.5 http://www.liveboxcloud.com 25
Clicking on Information you can consult information about a specific document: date and time of creation, edit and size. You can also perform actions such as sharing, see the location of the file, open the file and view all versions. To encrypt a file, select the favourite link and click Encrypt.
