Some technical information: 1) The travel (f) of neoprene springs should not be higher than 35% of height; in lagopan springs should not be higher than 30% of height. 2) If the cadence of blows/min. (see quote c in volume table of bars) increases, the temperature of the springs will increase, diminishing life. If the cadence overweights the values inserted in the volume table, the travel has to be diminished. At 100 blows/min. the travel (f) has to be diminished a 20%; at 200 blows/min. a 50%. 3) To calculate the dimensions of the springs it is convenient to oversize a 5%, keeping a security space for blowing up under load. 27

Some technical information: 1) Cutting the hollow bars the client can machine a spring of desired height without being constrained to normalized measure. 2) The height of machined springs should never be superior than the dopple of the diameter, to avoid lateral inflection and quick yield of the springs. 3) If the cadence of blow/min. enlarges, the temperature of the springs will increase, diminishing life. If the cadence overweights the values inserted in the volume table, the travel has to be diminished. At 100 blows/min. the travel (f) has to be dimished a 20%.
