Si tratta naturalmente di una nuova idea per assicurare un confort sempre più elevato. L originalità del design proiettata al futuro, pur mantenendo inalterata la lunga tradizione del fuoco, quale strumento di cottura. Questo è tutto ciò che racchiude il barbecue Clementi dalla duplice prestazione, quella cioè di essere alimentato a legna o a carbonella, esaudendo quindi tutte le richieste. La struttura è realizzata in acciaio inox e la costruzione in tale materiale lo rende inossidabile nel tempo. Il barbecue è provvisto di una doppia griglia di cottura anch essa in acciaio per cuocere e di una griglia stampata con bombature dove si appoggia la brace. Quest ultima è stata creata con questo sistema per evitare la deformazione a contatto con il fuoco. La cenere prodotta è facile da eliminare grazie all apposito cassetto posto sotto la griglia fuoco. A completely new idea carried out to always provide increasing comfort standards. The originality of the design projects us into the future, maintaining at the same time the tradition of cooking on fire unchanged. These are the basic concepts of the new barbecue that has also a double function: it can be stoked with firewood or with coal dust, fulfilling any need. Its structure is made in stainless steel and this means durability during the years. The barbecue is supplied with a double grill produced in stainless steel and with a pressed grill with cambers (swells) for the coal. This grill has been manufactured in this way to avoid any deformations when it contacts the fire. It is very easy to remove the coke produced, thanks to the drawer located under the fire grill.
