IN THE HEART OF THE EUROREGION IN THE VANGUARD FOR QUALITY OF STRUCTURES AND SERVICES Today Pordenone Fiere is a modern joint-stock company, which organises successfully six important professional trade fairs and over 10 events for the general public, most of which are organised directly. The scope of the offer is improved and strengthened every year, with a total of about 270,000 visitors and over 2,800 exhibitors. 2008 saw the completion of an ambitious programme of modernisation which led to the creation of a fair area and of a service centre with a modern and state of the art design and layout with an internal exhibition area of 30,000 square metres, which can be enlarged, and 70,000 square metres of open-air exhibition surface. This project entailed also an important reclamation of the green area bordering Noncello River Park. Nowadays Pordenone Fiere can offer a high quality service, in terms of technological, structural and organisational equipment, in order to offer all the best you can find in a modern service centre to exhibitors and event organisers. The company is totally integrated in the development of the region through its participation to Unionfiere, which aims at interregional coordination and at promotion towards the territories of the Euroregion (Carinthia and Stiria for Austria, Slovenia and Croatia) and of Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Trentino Alto Adige. Ciascun blocco è suddiviso in quattro elementi e dotato di entrata per il pubblico con biglietteria elettronica propria e parcheggio auto adiacente. Tra i due blocchi sorge il nuovo Padiglione Centrale multi-funzione, anch esso monoplanare ed esteso su una superficie utile di 0 mq. L entrata centrale e quella nord sono dotate di hall d ingresso. 100.000 Mq 9 PAVILIONS AND MORE The fair district covers a surface of 100.000 square meters and it is organized into two blocks of one-floor pavilions: they have been recently built and are equipped with all technological equipment, from water and electricity connections, to telephone lines, isdn and WI-FI. Every block is then divided into four elements and has an entrance for the public with a dedicated ticket office and a nearby parking area. Between the two blocks there is the new multifunctional Central Pavilion, it is on one floor, too, and it has a usable surface of 0 square meters.
