4 ASTA NAZIONALE NATIONAL SALE 2012 REGOLAMENTO ASTA ART. 1 - L Asta organizzata dall Associazione Nazionale Allevatori Frisona Italiana in collaborazione con Semenzoo Italy, è riservata a soggetti nati e allevati in Italia. Il presente regolamento si intende accettato da venditori e compratori dei soggetti in asta. ART. 2 - I soggetti presenti all Asta devono essere scortati dalla presente documentazione: - Certificato Genealogico - Certificato di monta per le manze gravide - Certificato attestante la gravidanza - Certificato esatta ascendenza - Certificato ufficiale A.S.L. (Mod.P o Mod.4) attestante la provenienza dell animale da allevamento ufficialmente indenne da: BRUCELLOSI LEUCOSI -TUBERCOLOSI Il certificato deve riportare anche l attestazione ufficiale delle prove negative del soggetto nei trenta giorni precedenti l asta per BRUCELLOSI, LEUCOSI, TUBERCOLOSI, e BHV1 (IBR/IPV con metodo E.L.I.S.A). - Analisi del ge-negativo per i soggetti vaccinati con vaccino deleto (Marker) - Esito negativo al test virologico ( ricerca antigene ) per BVD - Esito negativo al test sierologico per Neospora Caninum - Esito negativo al test sierologico per Leptospirosi - Passaporto Sanitario - Test per caratteri recessivi se necessari - Per i soggetti provenienti da territori soggetti a restrizione per l infezione di Blue Tongue valgono le regole dell A.S.L. di Cremona, competente per territorio, applicate dall Ente Fiera di Cremona - Regolamento dell asta firmato per accettazione ART. 3 - Gli animali partecipanti all Asta si intendono venduti ed acquistati nello stato di sanità, risultante dalla documentazione di cui all Art. 2. L Ente organizzatore non si assume responsabilità in merito alla certificazione sanitaria presentata, (i cui costi sono a carico delle aziende venditrici), così come non potrà essere ritenuto responsabile di eventuali errori ed omissioni contenuti nel catalogo. La compilazione del catalogo, la sistemazione dei soggetti sulla posta e l ordine di entrata per la licitazione saranno decisi dagli enti organizzatori. ART. 4 - I soggetti partecipanti all Asta sono sistemati nel settore loro riservato e quivi esposti a partire da giovedì 25 ottobre I soggetti sono coperti da assicurazione dal momento dell arrivo nel Centro Fieristico di Cremona, fino al termine della manifestazione fieristica. ART. 5 - Per ciascun soggetto iscritto all asta (come da catalogo ufficiale preparato dall ente organizzatore) è richiesto un contributo spese fisso da parte dei venditori di euro 300, iva compresa, a titolo di iscrizione. I soggetti verranno aggiudicati al miglior offerente sul giudizio insindacabile del banditore, anche sulla base di indicazioni fornitegli dagli assistenti ufficiali d Asta. Le offerte per alzata di mano, si intendono per aumenti progressivi minimi di euro 100. Ad aggiudicazione avvenuta, l animale è a disposizione dell acquirente, il quale ne è responsabile a tutti gli effetti, (il trasporto ed eventuali spese di gestione dei soggetti dopo il termine della manifestazione sono a carico dei compratori). In caso di vendita il compratore avrà a suo carico una percentuale d Asta del 2% ed a carico del venditore una percentuale del 5% sul prezzo di aggiudicazione, (in caso di difesa da parte del venditore egli avrà a suo carico una percentuale d Asta del 7% sulla base dell ultima offerta). In caso di licitazione del lotto PRIMA SCELTA FEMMINA, dovranno essere versati i diritti d asta e un acconto del 20% sul prezzo di battuta, il restante 80% del costo sarà regolato direttamente fra le parti interessate al momento della scelta della vitella. Sugli importi di aggiudicazione e dei diritti d asta verrà applicata l Iva corrente. Al momento della banditura sarà data comunicazione se i soggetti sono indenni da IBR (metodo Elisa) o vaccinati con vaccini deleti (Marker). ART. 6 - L Organizzazione non si assume alcuna responsabilità diretta o indiretta per qualsiasi danno possa accadere agli animali prima e dopo la vendita, qualsiasi reclamo o eccezione ed il diritto di revoca dovranno essere rivolte esclusivamente alle aziende venditrici entro 8 giorni dall aggiudicazione. Inoltre la responsabilità della dichiarazione che i soggetti in asta non sono stati sottoposti a flushing o ovum pk-up è dei venditori proprietari dei singoli lotti. I passaggi di proprietà (Libro Genealogico) saranno effettuati la settimana successiva all asta. ART. 7 - Per quanto non specificatamente previsto dal presente Regolamento deciderà inappellabilmente la Commissione d Asta, che farà riferimento per le vendite agli usi e consuetudini vigenti nella piazza di Cremona. Eventuali vizi redibitori dovranno essere comunicati all Ente organizzatore secondo gli usi medesimi. ART. 8 La commissione d Asta sarà composta dal Direttore Generale dell Anafi e dal Direttore Generale di Semenzoo, affiancati da un Medico Veterinario scelto dagli Enti Organizzatori. 4

5 NATIONAL SALE 2012 ASTA NAZIONALE NATIONAL SALE LOTTO LOT REGULATIONS FOR AUCTION ART. 1 The auction is organised by ANAFI and SEMENZOO ITALY on the occasion of The Cremona Show 2012 in Cremona. It is only open to subjects born and raised in Italy. These regulations must be completely accepted by the vendors and purchasers of the subjects on sale. ART. 2 The subjects present at the auction must be accompanied by the following documentation: - International Genealogy Certificate - Insemination Certificate for pregnant heifers - Pregnancy certification - Certification of exact ancestry - Official health A.S.L. certificate (Mod. P or Mod.4 in Italy) certifying the origin of the animal from herds which are officially free from: BRUCELLOSIS-LEUCOSIS-TUBERCULOSIS - The certificate must also carry the official certification of negativity of the subject to trials in the 30 days prior to the auction for BRUCELLOSIS, LEUCOSIS, TUBERCULOSIS, and BHV1 (IBR/IPV E.L.I.S.A.). - Analysis of ge-negative for subjects vaccinated with a Marker-vaccine - Negative outcome of a virology test (antigen search) for BVD - Negative outcome of a serological test for Neospora Caninum - Negative outcome of a serological test for Leptospirosi - Sanitary Passport - Test for recessive traits if required - For animals coming from territory subject to restrictions for Blue Tongue disease A.S.L. Cremona and Cremona Fiere regulations apply. ART. 3 The animals participating in the auction are considered to be bought and sold in the state of health resulting from the documentation listed in Art.2. The organizing body cannot take any responsibility in merit, equally it cannot be held responsible for eventual errors and omissions contained within the catalogue. The compilation of the catalogue, the placing of the subjects in situ and the order of entry into the auction will be decided upon by the organizing body. ART. 4 - The subjects participating in the auction will be housed in a specifically reserved area where they will be shown from Thursday 25th October 2012 under ANAFI supervision. ART. 5 - For each subject registered in the auction (as in the official catalogue prepared by the organizing body) a fixed quota is requested as a contribution to the costs on the part of the vendor, in the order of 300 euros including VAT, as a registration fee. The subjects will be awarded to the highest bidder at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer, based also upon the indication provided to him by the official auction assistants. The bids by raised hand, will increase progressively by a minimum of 100 euros. Upon awarding the sale at auction, the animal is at the purchaser s disposal, and becomes his complete responsibility, (the transport and eventual costs of the management of the subject at the end of the event are payable by the purchaser). Either in the case of a sale at auction or the defence of a subject by its vendor, all lots are subject to a sale commission of 7% (5% vendor and 2% purchaser) of the bidding price + actual VAT. In case of the defence of a subject the commission will be paid entirely by the vendor. In the case of the sale at auction of a lot of FIRST CHOICE FEMALE, the sale commission and a down-payment of 20% of the bidding price must be made within eight days of awarding the sale at auction; the remaining 80% of the price will be paid directly when choosing the choice of the female calf. The status of the subjects with regard to IBR, either IBR free or vaccinated with a Marker-vaccine, will be communicated as the lots are announced. ART.6 - The organization cannot assume any responsibility, direct or indirect, for any kind of damage which may occur to the animals before and after the auction, any complaints or exceptions and the right to revoke the sale at auction must be directed exclusively at the individual vendor (official catalog) within 8 days of the acquisition. In addition, the responsibility for the declaration that the subjects in the auction have not been subject to flushing or ovum pick-up belongs to the vendors, as owners of the individual lots. ART. 7 That which is not specifically anticipated in the present Regulations will be irrevocably decided by the Auction Commission, which will refer to the customs and practices for sales in use in the Forum of Cremona. Eventual debit defaults must be communicated to the organizing body in accordance with the same customs and practices. Art.8 The auction commission will consist of the General Manager ANAFI and the General Manager SEMENZOO, accompanied by a Veterinary Surgeon chosen by the organizing body. 5

È interessante questo abbinamento con una delle Goldwyn di Pess Farm Garter Fortina E 93, soggetto da show, con lifetime di oltre 970 q.li in 4 lattazioni, che ha spopolato in Piemonte ed è stata riserva alla Nazionale e Miglior Mammella e poi la solidità di Mtoto Eva, E mammella e 500 q.li. in 3 parti. Fra le Goldwyn da ricordare Nevil MB 86 che abbiamo ammirato al confronto europeo del 2010, e Nertz MB 89 E mammella al secondo parto, che nel 2011 alla Regionale piemontese si è aggiudicata la riserva in categoria e miglior mammella fra le vacche giovani. In Italia, degna rappresentante è Go-Farm Tina MB 89 al secondo parto, sorella piena di Artes, un Goldwyn fuori dagli schemi per la spinta produttiva che può imprimere. Il pedigree si sviluppa dalla Jeffrey-Way in Usa con vacche come Tolare, la Bw Marshall sorella di tori provati e di Convincer Tranquill E 91, la madre di Tartini e Tempting e prosegue a ritroso con Formation Tate E 93, Luke Tripoli E 93, Mascot Tina E 91 e Mark Trudy E 91; tutte vacche che hanno figlie MB o E. Banny ha test genomici di rilievo (GTPI 2189 GLPI 2526) ed è un lotto unico, è fra le prime Numero Uno (prefisso Amighetti, fra i migliori tori genomici) nate in Italia, ed ha per madre Go-Farm Bawy MB 85 MB mammella, l Alexander di Tina che ha da poco partorito e al primo controllo del latte ha superato i 40 Kg. On the maternal side there are 10 dams, 6 of which classified EX and 4 VG. This family has been used a lot by AIs all over the world. In Italy it s well represented by Go-Farm Tina VG 89 at 2-yr- old, full sister to Artes, an unusual Goldwyn considering the strong boost in production he can give. The pedigree develops from the Jeffrey-Way cow in the US, through cows like Tolare, the Bw Marshall sister of many proven bulls and of Convincer Tranquill EX 91, the dam of Tartini and Tempting, and goes all the way back to EX 93 Formation Tate, EX 93 Luke Tripoli, EX 91 Mascot Tina and EX 91 Mark Trudy, all with VG or EX daughters. Banny has outstanding genomics proof (GTPI GLPI 2526) and is a very unique lot: she is one of the first Numero Unos (still the best genomic sire in USA) born in Italy, and her dam is Go-Farm Bawy VG 85 VG MS. A daughter of Alexander from Tina has recently calved and produced over 40 kg on her first test 17

Nel pedigree in linea materna una fra le prime Man-Oman che ha partorito in Italia; All. Mei M-Oman Zeta Jones MB 85 mammella MB, prevista ai primissimi controlli a 108 q.li e poi Ltr Zonia MB 86, una Buckeye con ottime produzioni. Seguendo il certificato troviamo la parte canadese di questa famiglia, rappresentata da Gillette Ballen SC Zone MB 88 e poi nientemeno che Braedale Second Cut MB 86, sorella piena di Baler Twyne e nonna di Windbrook, Stanleycup e Windhammer. On his second index run, Wyman fully confirms his outstanding qualities as a very balanced bull for production, components, type, udder and positive cell count and fertility. On the maternal line there is one of the first Man-Omans to calve in Italy: All.Mei M-Oman Zeta Jones VG 85 VG MS, with a projection of 10,800 kg, followed by VG 86 Ltr Zonia, a Buckeye with high production. Looking down in the pedigree we find the Canadian side of the family, well represented by Gillette Ballen SC Zone VG 88 and then by no less than Braedale Second Cut VG 86, full sister of Baler Twyne and granddam of Windbrook, Stanleycup and Windhammer. Goldwyn and Gypsy Grand family!!!. Now, that s what we call full client s service. 19

21 LOTTO LOT 07 NUMERO UNO X GOLDWYN MB 88 X O-MAN E 90 X JOCKO E 90 La sorella piena di Wyman, ottimo riproduttore che è ai vertici per PFT, ci regala una Numero Uno con dati genomici straordinari (2411 GTPI e 2902 GLPI) sia per le produzioni che per la morfologia ed i caratteri della salute. Nel pedigree ci sono 6 vacche MB e 2 E, la nonna e la bisnonna di Savana, Pirolo O-Man Stupenda che ha un lifetime di 295 q.li in 2 lattazioni e sta chiudendo la terza con 150 e P. Jocko Susan, 3 parti 562 q.li al 4.38% di grasso ed al 3.83% di proteine. Molte componenti di questa famiglia sono presenti negli elenchi dei test genomici con numeri altissimi, anche sui valori diretti. La madre Shady MB 88 ha record produttivi stratosferici e figli in prova nel mondo. Famiglia con buone donatrici di embrioni, è l occasione per investire in genetica. The full sister of Wyman, excellent sire at the top of the PFT list, donates us a Numero Uno with outstanding genomics (2411 GTPI and 2902 GLPI) both for production and for type and fitness traits. 23 LOTTO LOT 08 ARTES X O-MAN MB 85 X TITANIC MB 89 X MTOTO MB 87 Il padre Artes dal suo esordio in alta classifica di Aprile 2011 sta confermando pienamente le sue ottime qualità; produzione molto elevata, praticamente neutro sui titoli, tipo, mammella e arti-piedi sempre intorno alle 3 deviazioni standard. La famiglia materna fa intravedere alti indici genomici, produzioni e longevità da vendere.
