3 Premessa Premise IMPORTANTE IMPORTANT Il collegamento tra l interfaccia EOBD e le ECU è molto semplice, tuttavia noi consigliamo di seguire attentamente questo manuale perché ogni piccolo errore può danneggiare la centralina. The connection between the EOBD interface and the ECU is very simple, but we recommend to follow this manual attentively because each small error could damage the ECU. 4 EOBD 2 Come prima cosa è indispensabile installare nel vostro computer il software, seguendo le istruzioni, presente nel CD di installazione. Di seguito è necessario collegare tutti i cavi all interfaccia hardware EOBD2 - figura 1 - It is necessary connect all the cables to the hardware interface EOBD2 - figure 1- Figura 1: interfaccia con cavi collegati interface with connected cables Quindi, collegate prima il cavo USB e il cavo per il BDM e successivamente alimentare l interfaccia con il jack; il led rosso si accenderà come in figura 2. 5 Pin dell interfaccia EOBD2 Pin of the EOBD2 interface La figura sottostante rappresenta il Pinout dei 10 pin presenti nell interfaccia EOBD2. Questo pinout è rapportato alle porte Bdm di tutte le ECU. The underlying figure represents the Pinout of the 10 pin of the interface EOBD2. 6 Pin BDM Motorola Nella maggior parte delle centraline non è segnato il Pin 1 usato come riferimento per il corretto verso del Bdm; nella figura seguente è possibile vedere lo schema della porta Bdm con i valori di ogni suo Pin. 7 Altro tipo di BDM Motorola Another type of Motorola BDM Anche l altro tipo di Bdm ha lo stesso pinout di quello precedente; di seguito mostriamo le fasi necessarie per capire qual è il senso corretto e quindi il PIN 1. 8 Pin Out BDM BOSCH Il Pin Out BOSCH si differenzia da quello Motorola standard. The Pin Out BOSCH is differentiated from that standard Motorola. 9 Adattatore dalla pressa di CMD / Dimensione Sport / Alien a FG Technology Se siete in possesso della pressa di CMD, Dimensione sport o Alien Tech, potete utilizzare l adattatore in dotazione mostrato in figura qui a destra. Adattatore dalla pressa di EVC a FG Technology - Adapter from EVC press to FG Tech Se siete in possesso della pressa di EVC, potete collegare il cavo flat direttamente alla pressa. 10 ECU Bosch EDC16 e ME9 In ogni Bosch EDC16 o ME9 si può notare la porta BDM che è caratterizzata da 14 piazzole vicino al bordo della centralina come in Figura 3 a lato. Noi però non le utilizzeremo tutte, ma solamente 12. 11 Importante: Le centraline Bosch si alimentano tramite l adattatore Bosch come nei 3 passi seguenti: Important: The Bosch ECUs feed through the Bosch adapter like in the 3 following steps: PASSO 1 STEP 1 PASSO 2 STEP 2 PASSO 3 STEP 3 Alimentare correttamente la centralina a +12V usando il cavo con l interruttore. 12 ECU Bosch MED9.6.1 Ferrari F458 - Maserati Nelle Ecu Bosch MED9.6.1 la porta BDM è caratterizzata da 14 piazzole vicino al bordo della centralina come in Figura 6 a lato. Noi però utilizzeremo le 12 piazzole indicate dal riquadro rosso. 13 A questo punto connettere la centralina all interfaccia EOBD2 utilizzando l adattatore BOSCH con il cavo flat come mostrato nella figura 8. 14 ECU Delphi Figura 9: la spina originale della ECU Delphi Original connector of Delphi ECUs Nel caso di una centralina Delphi l alimentazione deve essere data dalla spina originale come raffigurato nella figura 9. In the case of a Delphi ECU the feeding must be transmitted from the original connector like represented in the figure 9 Occorre pulire la scheda nella zona interessata in modo tale che sia priva di qualsiasi agente protettivo e successivamente saldare i pin strip come mostrato nella figura 10. It needs to clean the card in the interested zone in a such way that it is deprived of any protective agent and after of that join the pin strip like shown in the figure 10. At this point is necessary insert the Delphi adapter on the pinstrip with the cable flat like in the figure 11 to side. È sempre importante rispettare il Pin 1. 15 ECU Marelli Figura 12: Pinout della centralina Marelli Pinout of the Marelli ECUs Nel caso di una centralina Marelli MJD ed MJD+ l alimentazione deve essere data dal connettore originale. Figura 12. In the case of a Marelli MJD and MJD+ ECUs the feeding must be trasmitted from the original connector. Figure 12. Nella MJD prima di alimentare la centralina, però, occorre dissaldare la resistenza evidenziata con il riquadro rosso come mostrato nella figura 13 a destra. In the Marelli MJD+ the resistance is positioned like framed in the figure 11. Anche qui occorre dissaldare la resistenza indicata nel riquadro rosso. Also here needs join-out the resistance pointed out in the red panel. Attenzione: Se non viene svolta questa operazione il BDM non comunica con la ECU. 16 Una volta tolta la resistenza, è possibile saldare i pin strip sulla porta BDM. Once removed the resistance, it is possible join the pin strip on the BDM door. Tenere in considerazione i pin da usare evidenziati in figura 15 a lato: Hold in consideration the pin from use underlined in figure 12 to side: Figura 15: Porta BDM / BDM door Notare in fig.15b i pin strip saldati. 17 Siemens SID 803 Figura: 16: Spina principale della Ecu Siemens SID 803 Original connector of Siemens SID803 Nelle SID 803 l alimentazione deve essere data tramite spina originale; alimentare la centralina come mostrato in figura 16. In the SID 803 the feeding must be trasmitted through original connector; feed the ECU like shown in figure 16. Occorre anche in questo caso pulire bene le piste in modo tale che siano prive di qualsiasi agente protettivo; dopodiché saldare i pin strip come mostrato nella figura 17. It also needs in this case clean the circuits well in a such way that they are deprived of any protective agent; subsequently join the pin strip like shown in the figure 17 Figura 17: Porta Bdm con pin strip saldati pinstrip join on the Bdm door A questo punto occorre inserire l adattatore Siemens con il cavo flat sui pin strip come mostrato nella figura 18. At this point it needs to insert the Siemens adapter with the flat cable on the pin strip like shown in the figure 18. 18 ECU Siemens SID 803A Figura 19: la SID 803A ha lo stesso Pinout della SID 803 SID803A has the same Pinout of SID803 La centralina SID 803A ha lo stesso Pinout della SID 803, seguire quindi la figura 19 sopra riportata per alimentarla. The ECU SID 803A has the same Pinout of the SID 803, therefore follow the figure 19 above for feed it. A differenza della precedente, potrete notare che la porta BDM è posta in modo obliquo. At difference of the precedent, you will notice that the BDM door has set in an oblique way. A questo punto inserire l adattatore Siemens con il cavo flat sui pinstrip come mostrato nella figura 21. 19 ECU Siemens SID201 Figura 22: Spina pricipale Ecu Siemens SID201 Original connector of ECU Siemens SID201 La SID 201 deve essere alimentata tramite la spina originale. The SID 201 must be fed through the original connector. - Vedere indicazioni sopra in figura See indications above in figure 22 - Successivamente è necessario saldare i pin strip sulla porta Bdm con lo stagno dopo aver pulito e tolto dalla scheda qualsiasi agente protettivo. 22 ECU Siemens SID204 Figura 31: La spina pricipale Ecu Siemens SID204 è uguale a quella della SID201 The main conncector of Siemens SID 204 ECU is equal to that of the SID201. La Siemens SID 204 deve essere alimentata tramite la spina originale come mostrato in figura 31 sopra. The Siemens SID 204 must be fed through the original connector like shown in figure 31 above. Pulire bene la scheda da ogni agente protettivo nel punto interessato e successivamente saldare i pin strip sulla porta BDM come mostrato in figura 32. Clean the card from each protective agent in the interested point well and subsequently join the pin strip on the BDM door like shown in figure 32. 26 ECU Siemens MS S60/65 Figura 44: spina principale centralina Siemens MS S65 Main connector of Siemens MS S60/65 ECU Le ECU Siemens MS S6x devono essere alimentate tramite la spina originale come mostrato sopra la figura 44. Questa centralina ha al suo interno due processori con due flash e due porte BDM come da figura 45 sotto. Pulire bene la zona interessata da qualsiasi agente protettivo e saldare i pin strip sulla porta BDM. Successivamente, inserire l adattatore Siemens con il cavo flat rispettando il corretto verso e il PIN 1 indicato nell immagine.
