3 Il progetto YOUVOL ha creato una Rete Europea comprendente attori pubblici e privati (enti pubblici, associazioni, organizzazioni della società civile, esperti) impegnati nella promozione della partecipazione civica, la cittadinanza europea e la democrazia per avvicinare l Europa ai suoi cittadini. Tutto ciò al fine di avviare una cooperazione durevole, efficace e multiforme, volta a disseminare e promuovere la cultura della partecipazione democratica e civica a livello dell Unione europea. The YOUVOL project concerns the building of a European networking among public and private local actors (public entity, associations, civil society organizations, experts) acting in the field of civic participation, European citizenship and democracy to bring Europe closer to its citizens. In order to create a long lasting, structured, intense, effective and multifaceted cooperation to encourage democratic and civic participation of citizens at European Union level.
