2 SOLLEVAMENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE DALL ALTO Viene effettuato tramite cinghie e catene. Si assume che il peso sia uniformemente distribuito. L angolo tra cinghie e tetto deve essere superiore a 60. Tutti i pesi indicati sono espressi in Newton [N], come unità di misura della forza-peso, dove: Forza [N] = massa [kg] accelerazione di gravità [m/s 2 ] Accelerazione di gravità g 9.81 [m/s 2 ]. a) LIFTING AND TRANSPORT FROM THE TOP. 3 Ebook_carichi_load SOLLEVAMENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE MEDIANTE CARRELLO ELEVATORE LIFTING AND MOVEMENT THROUGH FORKLIFT TRUCK Se si movimentano armadi singoli o uniti in batteria, occorre assicurarsi che: f)le forche del carrello elevatore siano larghe il più possibile g)le traverse frontali e laterali dello zoccolo siano montate sotto l armadio h) Nel caso specifico di due o piu armadi o uniti in batteria, se la larghezza non consente la movimentazione sicura (alla loro massima larghezza), gli zoccoli siano fissati su un bancale di legno i)nel caso di più armadi, è necessario aggiungere una traversa di profondità dello zoccolo, girata sul dorso e affrancata ai 2 angolari centrali. Nota: Tenere il carico contro il supporto di appoggio, con il montante inclinato all indietro. Non sollevare, o abbassare mai i carichi quando il carrello elevatore a forche è in movimento. Assicurarsi inoltre che le forche siano sotto il carico per la loro intera lunghezza, con il carico stesso contro il supporto di appoggio. E a carico dell utilizzatore movimentare gli armadi all interno del proprio ambiente lavorativo in totale sicurezza verso persone e cose. d) f) +g) If single cabinets or joined cabinets have to be transported by the bottom, it is necessary to ensure that: f) The forks of the forklift truck are as wider as possible g) Front and side crosspieces of the plinth are assembled to the bottom of the cabinet h) In case of 2 or more cabinets joined in a suite, the plinths have to be screwed on a wooden pallet if the weight does not allow to move the cabinet with the forks in a safe way (in their maximum weight) i) In case of more than 2 cabinets joined in a suite, it is necessary to use one additional plinth crosspiece (turn it upside down and screw it on the 2 central corner pieces. Note: Keep the load against the support, with the upright leant back. Do not lift or lower loads, when the forklift is moving. Check that the forks are positioned under the load in their total length with the load against the support. It is a duty of the end user to ensure the safety of workers and goods during the handling operation of the cabinets. It is suggested to put the load (i.e. the conditioning units) next to the hinges and in a lower position, according to the requirements of the end user. The load is intended as equally distributed throughout the surface The above values have to be considered as preventive, in order to guarantee a greater safety for the user.
